Best place ever! Staff is amazing! Been going there 20+ years! Absolutely will not go anywhere else no matter what!

I went in at four o’clock had something in my eye. The secretary’s said they didn’t have a doctor. They closed at five o’clock. I went to Walmart and was out around four thirty five. I had been using marion previously but I’m now seeking other options. I hope the secretary got home on time. Sure am glad Walmart worked me in and got the object out of my eye. I was thinking about letting the doc at Marion do cataract surgery but I’m thinking they don’t have time for me

They are all so kind and helpful they make me feel so comfortable and they will figure out away to do it so it will not cost a lot of money.

I won't go anywhere else for my eye care needs! The staff felt more like family and were so friendly and helpful. I was able to get in quickly and found the perfect pair of glasses. Love this place and the people!

My last interaction was a disaster. The customer service and satisfaction has completely left the Cape office. I absolutely enjoyed Doctor Billings. However, his support staff has caused me to go to Regional Eye Care in Cape.

Everyone exempts great customer service and customer care. I will spread the word to come to Marion Eye Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. I can assure that you will have the care that you need when it comes to your care young and old.

Dr Billings is always pleasant and keeps the visit interesting. I choose to fill my prescription elsewhere as they have not gotten my focal lines quite right twice. But the staff is always friendly.

Everyone we’ve met here is amazing and so helpful! Great place to have your eyes checked, the doctor is very thorough.

Dr Billings is so nice! My son looks forward to seeing him every year! He’s very kind, and funny which makes it less scary for the child. He is a very good eye dr. Takes pride in his job.

Great staff but was over booked for my last appointment. I had to wait for over 1 hour. Total time there was 1.5hrs

Dr Ammaud was so nice, he has a great patient relationship. The only thing that was terrible was the wait time in the waiting room, my appoint was at 11: 30 after triage we didn't get called back for the surgery until 1: 45 p.

I love Marion Eye Center. They know me, remember who I am from visit to visit. From the moment I walk in the door, the front desk personnel seamlessly check me in. The gal who does the preliminary exam. Dr. Billings, whose humor is awesome, to Elly who can fit your glasses to your face so they fit like a glove. They took care of me through my cataract surgery. And are really invested in you, as a person. Just go! You'll be glad you did.

They scheduled me for surgery and then didn't call to tell me what time to be there until right at the time I was supposed to. Then they set me a follow up appointment for 7: 40 in the morning and told me I'd be the first patient. It's now 8: 40, the doctor just now arrived, And he immediately went into a room with a different patient. I've been here over an hour now just for a post op check up. The doctor is RUDE and will lecture you if you don't have insurance or you're on medicaid. He also berated me for going blind, something I definitely didn't choose. AVOID MARION EYE CARE!
