Fantastic buying experience! I live in Arizona, but I purchase my bikes from Marionville Powersports, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Steve Underwood and his crew are top-notch, and I do not think you can beat their prices, service, or knowledge!

After purchasing 2 bikes from there they could care less to earn your business. They already got there money. Very insulting trade in offer. Will not be doing any business there in the future.

Bought a brand new 2024 yfz 450r se was told I would get a helmet with purchase, 2 months later took it it for first service was told it was going to be no more than 120, tires been going flat since I got it, got charged with tire slime amd spark plug and still no helmet was told something about new years having a factor didn’t know new years was 2 months ago…. I guess they tell you what you wanna hear to buy something.

Super awesome staff. They stayed near to answer any questions but didn't hover over you like a high pressure salesman. Knowledgeable about what they sell and always welcoming. This was my second time there (first time was to help a friend find a bike) and I believe I will make this my go-to place.

Thank you to the team at MPS for getting us back on the road on short notice and on a Saturday morning. After having two flat tires while on a trip. Thanks to Steve Underwood, Chris, Brian and others took care of us like long time customer's even though we were on bikes they don't sell. Thank you again, job well done.

They make the process of purchasing a mower or product very easy simply go up check out what you want and then sit down with the salesman and Hammer out the details and then on to financing where they will do their best to get you that interest rate you never thought you'd get. I did most of my research and then both of my talking with the salesman over the phone had the paperwork all drafted up spent a very little time in the dealership sign in paperwork and loading up my Mower and it's been in the rest of my day mowing my lawn. You can't get no easier than that

Great experience with everyone we met while buying a new Ranger. All were friendly, eager to help, and straightforward about pricing, Polaris pass-through fees, etc. We would definitely work with them again in the future.

They would of received a one if it wasn't for Tracy who actually acts like she wants our business, or maybe she just works on commission but the service team acts like they could careless if you came there or not. We paid a lot of money for the warranties on this machine and deserve to be treated with some type of respect. I was going to cancel warranties and all but Tracy was really nice and promised it would get taken care of. Even though the girl in service said we had to bring the 4 wheeler 2 hours away instead of just the tires. That was wrong as Tracy once again fixed the issue, then The girl in service that was working on 2 tires who told us she couldn't do anything for us has now been fired our stuff has been put in a pile and Chris says he will get to it. So looks like my birthday / holiday camp trip will be without a 4 wheeler. Even though this is the 3 rd week we have been waiting.so much frustration. I would of had a little more compassion if Chris would of acted like he cared at all.maybe he shouldn't be there either.just saying

I broke down last night next to your store at Casey’s. I was alone pulling a horse trailer. One of your mechanics came out and tried to help trouble shoot my Yukon he was so kind and spent a lot of time on it. When I got it running he told me to pull into MPS parking lot while I waited for family. I needed to get my horse out of the hot trailer and he even offered to scoop up any poop the next morning. Only regret is I didn’t get his name but please thank him for me. My horse Maggie and I waiting for help.

Favorite place to buy gear and parts! Just pricey when it comes to vehicles but they always run extremely good!

It would be a hell of a place to put in a powersports shop. I called them and asked about having some valves adjusted on an atv they told me it would be a couple hrs labor. Showed up a month later for appointment and apparently the tires chain and sprockets effect them adjusting valves. Im talking about drive chain and sprockets not timing. They said it would be more than the bike is worth. Even after explaining all I wanted was the valves adjusted they tell me well the rest of it has to be good to adjust the valves.
