10Had a 20 minute wait time after appointment time to see Dr, Which was at 1pm, immediately after lunch. Otherwise perfect.
Dr. Mark Shen has been my family Dr.for over a decade & is simply the best in the business. He is personable, a great listener, and is empathetic to my concerns each & every visit. Considering the sheer volume of patients this place sees on a daily basis-give this man and his superwoman assistant Tina a raise!

Dr. Mark Shen listens to his patience and is very knowledgeable. He will go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is going on with you and he will get to the bottom of any problem or at least help you get there. It's been a very long time since I found a doctor who listens and cares about his patients. I HOPE we NEVER lose him.
This doctor sees my grandma in the nursing home! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone! My grandma has had a cough for over 3 weeks and will not even do a chest X-ray to be sure she don’t have phenomena! Won’t even answer the emails from the nurses. He did come to the nursing home to see other patients and the nurse said he needs to see her because she was caught for and has a red eye! He said “I seen her this month already, I’m leaving” and left the building! I hope whomever reads this gets a different doctor cuz he’s no doctor I would want my family to see! When he became a doctor he took oath to CARE AND TREAT patients to the best of his ability not to ignore them and not treat them!

Dr. Shen is our primary care provider. We have been very pleased with his ways of treating his patients, as he has a down-to-earth approach which we feel very comfortable with. He understands our problems and offers professional advice. Awesome doctor and staff!
Wife and I have used Dr. Shen for some years now as our primary and he’s the best. What I find great about him, is not only is he is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable doctor, but an excellent educator to better help understand what conditions are, how they react, and how to treat.
Big plus, Tina in his office is nothing short of awesome. Played for like an hour with my child (2 years old) whole my wife was being treated.
