There 6 nights, asked for my room to be cleaned, promised 3 nights in a row, it never happened. Very disappointed. I always loved that hotel but that is unacceptable service.

Upon check in the desk attendant could not tell us where the room was located because they did not know. To enter the room we had to body check the door because it stuck so bad, the floors were dirty, the furnace filter was disgusting and affected our allergies. No wash clothes available for the shower. Two of the four pillows smelled so badly we couldnt even use them.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! The noise and amount of people in the lobby partying should have been my first sign to just go elsewhere! The first room I was given was already occupied. I used the key and went into the room that had people staying in it! The second room had a flooded bathroom and finally the third room the fire alarm went off at 4: 00 A. M.from what I assume was steam from the shower. We tried multiple times to contact the front desk but no one would answer! I will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone!

Walking through the doors you feel an immediate sense of zen like calm surround you, and the view of the oasis/grotto type pool lounge is beautiful paradise poolside short weekend getaway that can really refresh right in the heart of the city with close convenient access to the airport and a more luxurious feel than your average hotel experience, very easterly surprised.

I am a lifetime Titanium Member and for the first time ever I was downgraded when I checked in by the hotel staff. When I spoke to the very inept manager he said he would bonus me points but never did. The hotel is dated and there are better options in the area.

This has been one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely the worst Marriott experience I have had. Upon our arrival we found pubic hairs and urine all over the seat, thick Dust and grime all over the interior and when my wife went to take a shower she found blood and hairs on her towel, one of the two towels that were provided for a family? Beware the pictures online look nothing like the actual room we stayed in yet we paid a very high price for this room. During a pandemic time when the Marriott pledges and takes pride in cleanliness for its guests, it has failed in every regard.

Need security in pool area for non guest bathroom tub needs reglazing and someone needs to answer front desk phone more frequently. Besides that it's a good hotel.

Family always stay here when they come to town. It was a blessing to see a lot workers we haven't seen for the last 17 months.

My daughter and I initially had different experiences at opposite sides of hotel. She was disappointed in a dusty room and worn bed, while my room was perfect and very comfortable.
Shout out to Sierra (Ciara?) at front desk for her extra kind and diligent room change. All staff here were professional, welcoming and pleasant- lobby, housekeeping, and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious too.

I came all the way from Alabama to see my friend here at the Marriott wasn’t sure what elevator to take so I asked front desk lady Victoria and she asked the room number but I wasn’t sure so I just said nvm and called my friend down to just get me and as I walked away she insulted me to her co worker Keith and didn’t know I heard them. Like wow really does it take all that

ZERO STARS (It made me select 1)
This has to be the worst Marriott we have ever stayed in. We checked in after 10: 30 pm after driving over 5 1/2 hours.
Our first room smelled horrible and was very dirty. We went to the front (after calling the frontbdesk and no one answered). They moved us to a new room. When we entered the new room it smelled just as damp as the first room. We found shampoo and conditioner bottles in the tub (used/empty) this tells me they didn't clean the tub. The room has probably never been dusted. We found three bugs (unsure what kind in the bathroom and by the window.

Room was ok, it was a little dirty, nasty fingerprints on chrome lamp. We had asked for room with two beds, but that was not available. We asked for a roll away bed, but it took them a while to get one to us.

Service was lousy, I ordered towels at 3.30pm on Friday and didn't get any until Sunday morning and the beds were not made up.

We had one roll of toilet paper, almost empty tissue box and one pack of coffee in our room. The first and second day we didn't want maid service and put the sign on the door. The third day we did, left the sign out and didn't get the maid service.

I'm giving two stars because the restaurant crew and the front desk were great and welcoming.

The place is worn and needs updating/remodeling.

No towels or housekeeping for an entire three days weekend, even with numerous requests at front desk. Lousy food service when our server realized we weren't ordering liquor. Overpriced breakfast/brunch. Pool Area filled with pot smoke. Bed itself was comfortable.

Place is very crowded and smelled like sewer in places. Hard to find a place to park. Also they have a pay your parking Machine to pay your parking which doesn’t work and they know it doesn’t but there is no sign there saying that. Website says you pay for parking rather your staying there or not but found out I guess you don’t. If you want a snack you have to bring it to the front counter to pay and Starbucks is only open in the morning even tho the sign says get someone from the kitchen if you want coffee.

Friendly staff at check-in counter. Super clean.
Very under staffed in bar/ restaurant. Assuming do to COVID-19 the short staff.

Staff was very professional, and accommodating. The Staff rocks! I appreciate that you can get good, hot food until 1am. Service was great. Downside, the room wasn't cleaned well, toilet paper roll was almost gone with no extra roll in the bathroom. I got what they considered one of the more desirable rooms, and the heat didn't work. At 1: 30am the TV rebooted itself and only played the Marriott hotel ad, and I couldn't change the channel, adjust the volume, or even turn the TV off manually or with the remote. I called front desk and was told a Manager would be up. After an hour and no Manager, I unplugged the TV and went back to sleep. Wasn't a totally bad experience, I will give this location another chance.

Convenient hotel and friendly enough staff. Why the 2 stars? I booked on points for a 2 night stay, 32,000 points for 2 nights. A very good deal. In my Marriott account I also had 2 award night certificates. 1 worth 50,000 points and 1 worth 40,000 points. I found out after my stay that someone had switched my reservation from the 32,000 point stay I booked to using both of my award night certificates. So I lost 90,000 points worth 2 nights for a 32,000 point hotel. I call Marriott and they blame their franchisee. (If you get to staying at Marriott enough you'll see this is a common excuse they use). I've been elite with Marriott for 5 years now and I'm staring to look at other hotel brands. Very disappointing action and response to their wrongdoing.
