Logan made the repair with ease, good time and detail. He even pointed out some other units that were concerning and advised how I can prevent future potential issues. Excellent service, from the friendly office person to the hvac technician, who explained each step of the work he did. I wasn't expecting to be able to get someone to come out on the afternoon before a holiday, but there happened to be a tech in the area and they were able to squeeze me in!
I have very positive experience working with the owner Eric and his team during the process of remodeling my house. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional who understands my needs and offers great advice. He is patient and quick to respond. His team are very professional and nice. When the old AC stopped working in the hot summer, his technician came right away and worked patiently between the 80 degree house and the heavy rain to get it running. I felt sorry that he got soaked in sweat and rain. I truly appreciate Eric and his team to make the stressful process easier for me and would highly recommend them.
A service technician named Logan came out. He quickly assessed my issue and gave me multiple solution plans. After thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each option, we made a decision and he quickly set up a date to come back out. Overall, he made a bad situation better and now I can go back to relaxing in my home. He made me feel confident I chose the right company and solution. He was very knowledgeable, relaxed, and clearly cares about the customer. I will definitely be using this company again and request Logan in the future. Very satisfied.
Technician Kevin M was super nice, very professional and informative as well. Our AC unit did not blow out cold air during the end of last summer. Kevin diagnosed the issue and found a failed capacitor. So he replaced the capacitor while it was raining and the AC unit worked nicely afterwards. Kevin is very kind, he answered our questions and explained to us how things worked, He even showed us how to clean the AC unit at outside. We hope to see Kevin on the next check up. I would definitely recommend

Martin Jetco installed a HVAC system in my new house 3 years ago. Installing a 2 stage system saved me from the extra cost of zoning my 2 story house. Got a great price!

The employees are always cordial and professional!
We use them for biannual service and have used them for emergency service. They also installed our upstairs and downstairs HVAC. The office staff is friendly on the phone and the technicians very professional.
Our service technician arrived on time after a courtesy call to tell us he was on his way. Very pleasant and helpful. He told us the age of our unit and added more refrigerant. We will have Martin Jetco return in the fall to check the furnace.

Just hired Martin Jetco to install a new AC system. Sales Manager Douglas met with me and reviewed my options. He was very nice, knowledgeable and honest about my quote. Gave me a few options and explained everything. The installers were also very nice and took care of everything with no mess. I got 4 other quotes and these guys are super competitive on price and transparent. Solid work.
First, I want to say Martin-Jetco responded quickly and installed an AC that blows icy cold air, and the furnace will melt your face off that is until it stopped working two weeks after install. After they made repairs it only took one week for it to stop working again. Then there is the financing. Make sure you have financing established before they come to do the work, otherwise you'll be on the hook without the 18-month interest free financing they tout. I had to pay out of pocket almost 10K because of the unscrupulous bank they use. So, you may want to review the complaints made through the BBB against Synchrony Bank before you proceed.
Although I am paid in full, I continue to fight with Synchrony because they are ruining my credit and I still don't have AC.

I needed to have several gas line leaks repaired, as soon as possible. I got an appointment the next day, first thing in the morning. Bret came early and repaired all the problem areas. I so appreciated the quick and thorough service! Thank you.
We've been using Martin-Jetco now for more than 30 years. This is our second house serviced by Martin-Jetco. Only once during this period did a technician steer us wrong. When that happened, we called Martin-Jetco and they sent out a very experienced HVAC repair person. In all the other cases, they really know what they're doing. To give you an idea of how long the equipment can last with appropriate maintenance, our air conditioning outdoor coils were manufactured in 1989 and they're still working. Martin-Jetco has replaced the capacitors, or course, but they keep that equipment running. The move away from freon will probably doom the air conditioning coils because they're designed to need it, but in the meantime, with proper maintenance, we're getting bonus time. I hope the eventual replacement will also last 35 years.
Called for them to look at my boiler on one of the colder days of the year and they were able to get a technician to me in less than two hours. Well, the issue was nothing serious. It was incredibly nice to have someone available to help with such a quick fix that I couldn’t do myself, the technician I worked with was super nice and informative as well.
I woke up to no heat on a Saturday. Their 24 hour service had a tech here in a few hours, fixed my heat and probably saved my life as my rusty flue was a carbon dioxide leak waiting to happen. THANK YOU, Brady! Highly recommend Martin-Jetco.

You cannot find a more honest and reliable HVAC company in the Saint Louis Metro area than Martin-Jetco. I only wish that more people in my immediate area would take advantage of their outstanding and professional services. It's only to their losses, not mine. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer.
