Very quick to respond, they show up when they say they will, overall very professional I have several rental properties and have used them twice and will use them again

We had siding, windows, and gutters installed on our house. The house looks like new. Jeff was great and everyone who worked on our house was professional yet personable. We are so happy with the results!

We received services from Martin & Sons back in February. After receiving several bids from companies in the St. Louis County area, the Martin & Sons offer was the only one to include information regarding the permit process in the Florissant area. To us, this was a testament to their time doing business in our community. Our repair included a full roof and front gutter installation. When an issue arose with our roof on the day of installation (double decking, I believe), they called us immediately and continued to have excellent communication throughout the process.

Since the roof repair, there have been several rain and thunderstorms, even a tornado warning. The areas in our home that leaked prior to the repair been perfect and we are extremely happy with the results.

Recently, I had some storm damage to my siding and selected Martin & Son's for the repairs. I worked with Jeff, who promptly responded to my inquiry and came out the next day to survey the project. I found Jeff to be very Professional, Experienced, Knowledgeable and Respectful. He listened to my ideas and offered input and affordable options on how best to address the repairs. The repair crew was excellent! The workmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I would do business with Martin & Son's again and highly recommend them for your exterior project needs!

Over the weekend Florissant had very high winds with rainfall and unfortunately the siding of my house was torn off. I reached out to Martin and sons on Saturday and left a message and I received a call back first thing Monday morning. I spoke to Jeff Martin and he stated that he could meet me within 20 mins at my residence to see what the issues are. Jeff was very kind and was able to repair the issues on the spot. After reading all the great reviews and seeing how many people recommended Martin and Sons we decided to get a quote on siding and windows. Jeff was so great to work with and made our decision to go with them very easy. The entire install experience was just as easy. All of his team were also great to work with and did excellent work.

My house looks amazing! I am extremely pleased with the new roof and gutters. I had water leaking into one of my bedroom's so i called Martin and Sons. Jeff came out and did an inspection same day right before it rained and John was super easy to talk to when it came to the crew and how the work was going to get done. Both of them explained everything very well. Withen weeks I was looking at a brand new roof plus gutters and no more leak! The crew was very fast with the shingles taking about 8 hours to complete the job and the gutters where done next day and look perfect. I have no complaints. They did a good job. They were very polite and very friendly and professional. My home is beautiful. It’s very hard to find a contractor that you know who will do a good job. Martin and Son don’t advertise or solicit. Word of Mouth is all they need when you do good work. They did a complete roof, gutters. Siding, fascia and soffit to my home.

Part of my gutter was pulling away from the house - not a huge issue, but something that needed to be fixed. They were able to fit me in for the repair quickly. They showed up when they said they would, walked me through the repair and got to work. Quick and easy and now I don't have to worry that the gutter is going to fall off the house and become a bigger issue! Very happy with the response and the work! 100% would recommend! Thanks!

Where do I start? ! I requested a roofing bid and from the time they arrived, , until the work was completed, I received full and complete information on what I needed and why. Full transparency, honest advice, upfront pricing & all what-if questions answered. You just can't go wrong with Martin & Sons LLC. They replaced my roof, fascia and gutters, even allowing me to purchase the fascia myself so I could prime and paint it to match the rest of the house before they hung it. They are professional, courteous, patient, and just generally easy to work with. Their prices are fair and competitive.
