Martin Structures, Versailles MO

Martin Structures is the only company we use to build structures on our farm. They first built our 3 bay garage back in 2017. They were fast, efficient, friendly and the garage is outstanding quality. When we were ready for a 40x80 barn in 2022, we called Martin's again. Again, they did an excellent job at a very fair price. Most recently, we built a smaller barn at 14 x 30, and we couldn't be happier with it. We feel fortunate to have Martin's in the area to provide such great quality with quick service and fair prices.

Deciding on building construction is a very scary, and expensive process (to me). Martin Structures eliminated all the anxiety. Rodney was my point of contact, and there was constant communication from start to finish. All timelines were met, or early. On site inspections performed, even though it was long distance travel. Any issues or questions were handled immediately. Excess material was stacked neatly in piles for removal. Thank you Martin Structures, Rodney, and all the crew for my new 40 x 40.

Rodney with Martin Structures was great to work with, he was responsive and communicated with us throughout the design and build. The crew was professional and paid attention to details. They identified a potential problem for our electrician and stopped work so the electrician could wire can lights on our porch and patio. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Our new neighbors have been stopping by throughout the build, commenting on how well it was being built and how fast it went up.

I wanted shop/detached garage. Rodney and the entire Martin Structures team are/were phenomenal to work with. They kept me posted on time frames, educated (as I asked a lot of questions) me on various building questions. The building crew arrived on a Thursday morning at 6am, left at 645pm that evening, having built the entire structure in one day. Everything is/was precisely done and they cleaned up after themselves! Outstanding work, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!

Called them for a quote on a job. They said they would call back, took all info. We're nice on the phone, but a wasted time unfortunately. They never called back to finish anything or look at the job.

Zach was our truck driver. Zach did a great job, very professional and very respectful of out property where the building was going to be erected. I would definitely recommend this company. Hands down best service possible.
