Slow on service once the place fills up but always worth the wait

Today at Marty’s their wings were so small I had to go to Taco Bell to eat. Not sure if they got a new supplier but let’s just say 12 wings were NOT worth $20 after tip. Can’t believe they’d serve these wings at normal pricing

It has been a long time (if ever) that I have had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. My husband and I arrived about 1pm and did not leave until 3: 15. The waitress was very short and a bit rude in the beginning. In her defense though, she was the only waitress working until about 3pm. While irritating, it wasn't a big deal. The issue that completely ruined this place for me was the completely incompetent cook. We waited well over an hour for our meal only to get my wrap without the meat. Took another 10-15 minutes to be able to notify the waitress because she was running around by herself. The waitress had a complete change in the attitude at this point, which I appreciated. Then it took another 20 minutes to get my "corrected food. " At this point I asked for a to go box as we had been there mostly waiting for 2 hours. We did get the meal completely free so I can't complain too much about the fact once I arrived home I realized my wrap was still wrong. It came with marinara sauce instead of ranch.
I also overhead a guy at the table next to us say his food was wrong and as we were leaving, a guy at the bar was also complaining his order was not correct. Whoever was the cook on 9/23/23 needs to be fired. I'm going to take a wild guess and say the waitress was in such a bad mood because of her incompetent coworker. At least I got my food for free I guess.

We went here for the first time last Friday evening. When we walked in we were greeted casually with a hi and sit where you like, I'll be there in moment! She was and took our drink order, told us what she would recommend and what was popular with their regulars.
Our food was very good, spot on with her recommendations and my wife said her Bahama Momma was great! Look forward to our next visit!

Been stopping in here for almost two decades, off and on (On for most of my 20s). Seen it change hands multiple times. Most recent owners seem like honest enough business people. They seem to be able to keep customers happy. Waitresses seem happy, and are polite, attentive, and hard workers. So, although it was a busy saturday night i still got served quickly (and in 2023, thats saying something). Maybe it's the nostalgia I feel for this place, but it would take a REALLY bad experience for me to not come in for a drink a couple times a year.

The food is so good. The waitress is on point. Remembered our drinks from 2 weeks earlier on a packed night. Great karaoke. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

Great place. Reasonable drink prices. The blonde waitress was awesome. My wife loved her. Fun place, and karaoke was nice surprise Friday night.

It’s one of those small “click” bars where if you’re not a regular who comes in 3-7 times a week and knows everybody else who comes in, you’re 2nd class.

I was there for the Cards. In London. Playing against the Cubs. Good game. Cards won. Great service. I sat at the bar.

Quiet local sports bar. Tucked away in a small strip mall, this place offers multi-sport watching on a good number of screens. The food offerings are simple, but very tasty. Choice of indoor or outdoor seating. There are pool tables, dart boards, video games, etc.if that is what you are looking for. The music is kept low so your attention is on the games you want to watch plus you can have conversation with your friends in a normal voice. Staff are effecint and friendly. Nice sports pub.

Place has the worst service of anyplace in Springfield.
45 minutes and no service. I could see if it was busy. The waitress stood and talked to her friends while all of us waited.
Never again and I will definitely warn people about this place.

Food is delicious, pool is fun, karaoke lady is awesome, drinks are on point and the staff is upbeat and friendly!

Called to have a take out order. Had to call 4 times. Then whomever answered the phone acted like I was wasting her time. Then when I was saying my order she hung up on me. I'm there almost everyday and been getting worse with the service.
