Massage Envy, Sunset Hills MO

My massage therapist Sonya Is amazing. I always feel so relaxed and loosened up after. I also appreciate that she is quiet and let’s me completely zone out. I am; however, a little frustrated that with the Covid variant of Omicron so bad right now that the facility is not enforcing masking.

Crystal was very professional and friendly. I came in with a sore neck and her message helped tremendously. Thanks Crystal!

Tonya is a great massage therapist! She applies the right amount of pressure in the right locations for the perfect amount of time. Each session has been a great and relaxing experience.

The young lady at the front desk, Heaven, was wonderful. She was very patient as I asked lots of questions and helped me find time slots for future appointments.
Nichole did a fine job on my massage therapy. This was my second time to see her. Each visit she has focused on different areas. She seems well rounded in her training.

Hannah B. Was awesome. I had some real problem areas in my back and she targeted them perfectly. She was professional and knew what she was doing.

Brittney was very nice and made me feel comfortable, it was my first time with her and I was happy with my facial.

Chris was my masseur. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time. And he did a great job. It was very relaxing

Tonya was amazing as usual. She has such a great technique and she makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Bridgett is amazing! The staff is so friendly! You need to experience getting a massage from here!

Brittany scores a 5! After my facial I tried to buy a product but the two people on the desk could not find it in the computer so I left without it. Also while in the middle of making an appointment for my next visit the staff took a phone call and booked an appointment, after much discussion with the caller, while I cooled my heels. I know it is not their fault and she was very sweet and apologized but the person on the phone should have been on hold, not the client standing and waiting. I assume that is company policy. Overall everyone was very professional and courteous. Very nice people and do not in any way want to get them in trouble! But I did have to be somewhere else so it was inconvenient.

If your back is in need of an excellent massage, Jim is the best around. Professional, friendly finds all the knots and works them out. When I leave, I feel 2 inches taller.

Showed up early for my massage, checked in and was told they would be right with me. Then the receptionist says have to cancel because the massage therapist can’t come. She didn’t seem to care and was just like I’ll give you the owners number and you can call…. Horrible customer service and horrible communication.

Great location. Great customer service. And great first time experience. I feel fantastic. I had a lotbof knots and tightness from workouts and I feel loads better. Thank you!

I had the most amazing massage today with Shaha. I woke up unable to turn my neck to the left, and an hour spent on my upper back, shoulders, and neck has me now able to move it side-to-side. I will be back in less than a week to see her again! 10/10 recommend.

Anesthetist, Sunny, is the BEST! She is Professional, Knowledgeable and Always willing to answer questions about any products I am currently using or provide advice regarding my skin - I trust her completely. And as far as getting a massage goes, Brad and Bridget are fabulous! I have been a member of Massage Envy for 5 years and have never regretted it!
