The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They do everything in their power to ensure you get what you are looking for. I loved my massage therapist who listened to all of my needs. I use to go to envy until all of their law suits came up. Luxe ensure every client knows that if they feel uncomfortable they can stop the session. That gave a great peace of mind to know they understand what’s happening in the industry and do everything they can to prevent it. I could not recommend this place enough

This was my first time with this company. I just moved to the Fenton area, I’d heard a lot of great things so I gave it a try. I didn’t even make it to the massage table due to the very rude gentleman working the front desk. I asked him about the mask police and if this was company or preferred, he states company. I was a bit thrown off they were still charging outrageous prices for massages with customers going through the inconvenience of being smothered by a mask. When i stated my concern he proceeds to say very hateful, “do you want to continue the service or not”. Ichose not, because I wasn’t paying $60 to be talked to like a dog. I will NEVER step foot back into that location until that rude little man is gone. It’s sad for the therapist, because i’m sure they are all great, and he just cost that person a good chunk of money

My wife got waxed there.it was a horrible experience. She called and complained 2 days later because the hair was already coming back. It takes that long to grow back when she shaves. There is no way they took the hair out by the root. She had to call twice because the first time she called and complained they never even called her back. The second time they blame it on how fast her hair grows when they said at a minimum it would last 2 weeks. Very unprofessional and poor customer service!

I had a gift card for Valentine’s Day- $100 for the special massage. When I finally got relaxed into the massage it ended. None of the add-ons were given to me. It was disappointing. The massage was pretty nice though, and they treated me well. I just felt kind of let down.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My husband and I booked a 5: 45 appt and they called us on our way there saying we had for 5 o’clock. I argued with them saying they told me 5: 45 that I had in my phone! Horrible horrible horrible!

I love the atmosphere. The check in process was friendly and efficient. On the downside - My massage therapist apparently didn’t receive the information I put down at checkin that I wanted deep tissue massage. And despite my saying that I have chronic tension in one specific area she kept a vey light touch throughout. The waterbed with adjustable jets helped to save the day. I would return but would be more explicit about my needs at checkin to be sure the therapist is aware.

I dont leave reviews often but I had a massage here recently and it was the worst experience Ive ever had somewhere. At check in, I noted that I wanted light pressure and to not touch certain areas. The therapist either didnt look at my chart or completely disregarded my request which led to a very awkward and uncomfortable 50 minutes, even after speaking up. The therapist also talked throughout the session. I will not return or recommend Massage Envy in Fenton.

Worst front desk staff ever. The manager is horrible. I would never recommend this place. They dont even give u the full 90 minutes but charge u for it anyway.

Clean facilities! Dana is my favorite therapist! She knows pressure points, swedish, deep tissue, amongst others!

Finally some improvement at this location! I stopped going here because the customer service was horrible. Today was significantly better. Nice front desk staff, pleasant therapist and very good massage!

I've gone there for years now. The front staff is always friendly and attentive. They always greet me as I enter the door. And I LOVE my massage therapist (I want to make that a bumper sticker). I've never had an issue here.

Got a massage for my wife the Friday before mothers day. Normally these would be 100 for facial and 100 for hour massage. Her words; When started had to wait for girl to finish eating to start facial and she was on phone most of the time. Massage was biggest complaint. Was supposed to be a Swedish massage and girl did very little to massage me. First gave bathrobe and took over 15 minutes to even start my massage and quits 15 minutes early so you only get about a 30 minute massage. It was like she was tired from days work and didn't want to bother. Most of my massage was done with her forearm. Also she kept burping through the process of it. Uses no pressure points for relaxing muscles, if just rubbing center of my back with your forearms is a massage I will take my business somewhere else. Even though I got a first-time deal I felt ripped off and won't be back to pay more for lazy service.

The masuese I had was fantastic! I belkieve her name was Sharon. The prices are about average starting at $100 for a standard service and going up to $200. If you have never been to a massage life they give you a discount of 50% a standard one hour massage. They also have memberships that allow you to save some money. Overall great service. Would recommend!

Awesome time! Dana was awesome "deep tissue" masseuse! You must try the aqua massage therapy bed, ooh, la, la!
