We had low water pressure which was cutting off the hot water to extra bathroom.they found the problem (clogged water line from the hot water heater) and replaced clogged area with new copper pipe. Now we have adequate water pressure & hot water to extra bathroom. Thank you so much as it was difficult finding where the clog was but the Master Tech plumber never gave up and found the problem, fixed it and we are most grateful. We will call them for future problems and we highly recommend them.

Dillan was excellent. He came for my yearly inspection. He could have rushed through the process, but instead he made a recommendation and ended up spending time in the attic installing a part that could save me more money and headaches down the road. In other words, he didn't cut corners. I appreciate that kind of top-notch service.

My husband and I worked with MasterTech to have our HVAC system replaced in our condominium. The team was very helpful. They got us in for an HVAC assessment quickly and had all of the details ready for us to discuss at the end of the assessment visit. CJ Roe was very helpful answering all of our questions and walking us through specs on the equipment and financing options (this was our first time purchasing an HVAC unit). We got our install scheduled within 2 weeks of our initial assessment and estimate. Tyler and Kyle showed up on time and were courteous of our home and curious pets; they even finished ahead of schedule. Tyler thoroughly cleaned the area of the install when finished and reviewed the work with me. They also provided all of the documentation for me to submit for local rebates.

CJ Roe provided an HVAC system replacement quote for our home. The appointment was set up for a Wednesday and the dispatch department alerted me on Wednesday of CJ's arrival with a photo to know he was the authorized estimator. CJ was courtesy, efficient, and most of not pushy trying to sell a system today. The competitor of MasterTech the previous week was a high pressure salesman. CJ took the time to understand my expectations and needs, then quickly and correctly gathered measurements and pertinent information on my current system. He had 4 quotes ready to review within 15 minutes. The whole visit took about 45 minutes, so allow to have yourself available because when you set up the appointment the booking department is not clear on the fact that you will need to be involved for around an hour. (That is the only negative) I haven't made a final decision Alat this point, but if I don't go with one of the 4 options CJ provided, it's not because he did anything wrong. He was great.

Got an estimate over the phone. Price was much lower than some other quotes I received. They were able the schedule me in the next day. Tech, Chris, was very helpful and quick. Will use them for future needs.

Receptionist pleasant and helpful. On call plumber Gary Buck came quickly, was pleasant, kind, knowledgable and fixed the problem. He made a bad night of emergency plumbing issues into a better day.

The technician MasterTech sent to my home, John, was knowledgeable and reasonable about solutions for my issue. I would highly recommended using them for any plumbing service needed on your home.

They replaced our entire main line from the meter to the house which was over 400 feet of pipe.masterTech was very responsive and juggled some schedules to make sure we had water service as soon as reasonably possible. We have used them for Tankless hot water heater install and our other plumbing needs. They may not be the cheapest but they are responsive and prompt and professional. Highly recommend them for plumbing in the Columbia, MO area.

MasterTech has the most professional and personable technicians and customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. They schedule appointments quickly and arrive on time. A text was sent to my phone with pictures of the three employees who would be installing the system before they arrived. Everything agreed upon and signed for electronically was immediately sent to my email for my records and review.

Charged me $79 to come over and fail at finding the leak. Absolutely no shame at all. The guy got paid to come pet my dog.

After a plumbing backup turned my house into a revolving door for strangers - who weren't a bit concerned about me, my stuff, my time, etc - MasterTech was a breath of fresh air. The people from MasterTech that came to my house were nice, professional, and so incredibly quick. The big job that needed excavation to be done was even done within a day. I was blown away by how quick they were.

My home's water heater failed and MasterTech was able to install the replacement water heater on the same day I called for assistance. Both the company's office assistant and plumber were very courteous, helpful and professional. My family very much appreciated the same-day service!
