Had a wonderful experience at mattress firm. Kyle helped find the right mattress at the right price. Because we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed, we certainly appreciated the care and thoughtfulness going into a purchase like this. We’ll be thankful for this for 15 years or more!

We came into Mattress firm, with the mindset that we were just going to lay on some mattresses, get a feel for what we wanted, go home and talk about it. We were greeted by Jimmy, and I almost knew right away that we were likely to leave with a mattress purchase. I appreciate someone who knows their industry and product well. Jimmy was so nice, and just knows his stuff. Gave us all the information, listened to us and adjusted his recommendations appropriately, and before I knew it, we were in love with a mattress and buying it. He didn’t push us to purchase anything we couldnt afford and just in general was not pushy at all. I would recommend him as a sales man and this store to anyone. Thank you Jimmy for your knowledge and patience!

Kyle was SO helpful, took a lot of extra time and effort to help me get my new bed. He was not pushy at all and I was so pleased with the entire visit to the store.

Sold us our mattress, it failed, upgraded it to the top of the line mattress and that also failed after 3 months while doing the rotation religiously and then they said it's not able to be refunded due to the mattress agreement and them but we can upgrade to the next onew hich is inexcusable. Do not buy from here we are out of $4500 all they sell is cheap mattresses

I didn't know what to expect when my husband and I first entered the store. I was very impressed when Kyle asked the right questions and showed us sets that would meet our needs.

Joe helped me pick out my son’s first “big boy” bed. I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes we were sitting down filling out paperwork! I highly recommend this location.

Had a good experience with a mattress, went back up for an adjustable bed frame a couple days later because they said they price matched. Sam’s club had a decked out adjustable frame for $550 (but had to be ordered online, 10 day delivery). Mattress firm tried to come close to that price with a frame with less features for $600 (their listed price was $950). The real comparable frame they had listed at $1350 but they said their costs were higher than $550. Weekends Only had a similar frame in stock for $700. Also needed a mattress cover; $150 at mattress firm, $70 at Weekends… so I took my business there. Beware the highly inflated accessories. Guys working at Mattress Firm tried, but failed to deliver.

Kyle was extremely helpful! He was very honest and was not pushy like we had experienced at the other stores we visited.

We almost bought a mattress here thankfully we canceled it before it was shipped. The customer service for this place is awful they told us they would give us a day in advance before shipping us their product and give us a 4-Hour window instead they called us 10 minutes before they were about to get here and we still proceeded with the order had someone at the house waiting for the next 5 hours and no one showed up. We then canceled the order. Now Weeks Later they are calling us back and sent us an invoice for the product that was canceled and never delivered.

The manager Joe at this location is awful at customer service and lies. I do not recommend using their services.

I walked into Mattress Firm told the man what I was wanting to buy, he took me to the Mattress and pulled the one I wanted to try out I laid on it said I wanted that one he told me I could purchase an adjustable frame showed it to me (I decided not to get frame) he was extremely helpful. I paid for the Mattress and will be picking it up on Saturday.

The sales person was very honest about the mattress that would meet my needs. I appreciated that he did not try yo sell me a top of the line mattress for an extra bedroom bed. The sales person was very knowledgeable.

Joe and Kyle were absolutely incredible. They made sure my husband and I picked the perfect mattress that catered to our needs. They were both extremely knowledgeable and weren’t just after a sale. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about them. Thank you both!

It has been quite a journey to find a mattress we love. I dont know if this happens to other people and i definitley do not fault mattress firm for it but its been tough. We truly appreciate the help we have recieved from Kyle and Joe and trying yo make things right for us so we can finally sleep again. Definitley great customer service!
