Low end product disappointed, however. For guests on occasion so thought we could save by going low price. We tried new setup and determined that we should have spent $400 more, the next price point. Little support and even suitability for use a few times a year is in doubt.

This is the second time in the last few months I’ve gone to Mattress Firm in Springfield to buy a mattress. Both times they have been efficient and easy to work with. They have not tried to persuade me to spend more money or pushed me into a decision; they allowed me to see what I wanted to see and then make the process very easy. Prices are great, and they load my purchase straight into the truck for me. I’ll go back!

Well informed, no pressure sales guy. Would definitely buy from again. Delivery guys were excellent and on time to the minute. This is at a time when the roofer is months behind and the painter just didn’t show up at all. The dishwasher repairman took 6 weeks and 3 trips! Must be a Missouri thing, inexplecitable!

I chose to buy our mattress at Mattress Firm because I had heard the salespeople were not pushy. I was not disappointed! Andy only tried to upsale us on one thing and a simple no sufficed. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful he was.

The delivery also went seamless. I was given a two hour window when the mattress would arrive and it arrived at the very beginning of that window. The delivery people - Tito and David - were quick, careful, and respectful. I would definitely come back here for my next mattress purchase.
