We’ve been with State Farm for over 20yrs, this is by far the best branch we’ve been with, & we have moved a lot. This agency is outstanding. A live person generally answers the phone, and if you have to leave a voicemail, you can expect your call to be returned quickly. Recently dealt with Hadley Givens on acquiring multi-policies. She was a pleasure to work with and dealt with all my questions in the most impressive and prompt way. I was definitely impressed by Hadley and this entire agency.

My wife asked me to write this review, because of the service she got yesterday. On Google we can only put 5 stars, but she said Kim deserves at least 15 stars for the help she got yesterday. We got a car last minute for our daughter at about 4pm yesterday. My wife called the office, at about 415-420pm, to speak with someone about adding the car to our plan, not knowing the office closes at 5pm. Kim answered and was the so helpful. She was not sure if she was going to be able to get everything done in time to get the proof of insurance to us for the registration office, but she was going to try. My wife waited only about 15-20minutes before Kim had everything taken care of and sent over to my wife. Thank you so much for all your help Kim!
