Best service department of any I've ever been to. Fixed all of that in 3 days when Olathe Dodge said it would take 3 months to get parts. (I've bought my last 5 Dodge cars and Ram trucks from Olathe Dodge).

You can bet that ALL of my future purchases and service will be done at Max in Nevada Missouri!

Steven Tyler was a great sales guy while helping me buy my Camaro… needs to be promoted to manager!

My review is solely for the service department. They always go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Highly recommend using this service department for all your needs. The front of the house and management left me really disappointed. I would never buy another car from them do to a series of bad experiences over my purchase including failing to submit my automatic payment paperwork.

Would not recommend anyone to this dealership took 4 months to get a car title and the general manager. Has some colorful language for their employees and customers. They messed up the address for my car title then got. Upset when I started trying to get my title Refused a new temp tag even tho there error was on there end

We bought our first truck from Steven in 2021 in Kansas we then followed him to Missouri to buy this beautiful truck from him. We will continue to buy our vehicles from him. He is the best of the best.

It was a heck of a day, we basically broke down and instead of spending lord knows how much to get my car fixed just to make it back home from vacation, Max Motors took amazing care of us and got us fixed up with a new ride. They were incredibly helpful, service was amazing and Steven, the employee that helped us, gave us some good laughs as we went through the process. I want to give him a huge thank you. You really saved us that day and I know I will be smooth sailing for a long time in my new car Thank you all so much!

My wife & I were traveling from Louisiana to Minnesota on July 15, and noticed back fender was loose on our navigator. I stopped at Max Ford & service tech Brandon went far and behind to assist us & secured the fender until I could get to our destination. We had fender fixed once we got to Minnesota. Trinnade and her team at Max Motors, GM store is AMAZING! She went above and beyond to deliver my husband and me 2 new vehicles due to back ordered parts and truck that was a total loss. I know she didn't get home till well after 9 pm both nights, but she had a smile on her face the whole time and was happy to answer any questions we had as well as navigate some trouble waters along the way. Do Not Buy A Vehicle From This Dealership!

Drove 2 hours to look at (2) Explorer S/Ts. Called that morning to verify the vehicles were available and on site, I was assured they were there. My family & I drove to the location discussed earlier that morning. No vehicles, one was an hour away, the other was 6 hours away. I asked about the car fax’s over the phone that morning on the 2 explorers as well, again was assured No Issues…
They were both bought back by ford for “No Crank / No Start Issues”

The gentleman Kevin we met at this location was awesome, I really felt bad for him! We definitely would have dealt with him.
He was just caught in the middle of a bad situation!

Kevin, if you ever go somewhere else- give us a shout!

The manager was there, never came to us & apologized for the huge mistake. He just went into an office on his cell.

Kevin did an awesome job trying to pick up the pieces!

I will never shop at these locations, or recommend them to anyone…
