Russ was the DJ at our daughter's wedding in January. Wow! What an amazing night he gave us! Russ was professional, courteous, and so much fun! He set my daughter and son-in-law at ease. He listened to their wants and also gave them inventive suggestions. All night long he kept our party rocking! I would highly recommend using Russ at YOUR next event!

We absolutely had a blast with Russ! He was amazing and very personable. Most of the people we talked to at the reception thought we had known him for a while, but had only spoke with him when we needed to or had questions. He played amazing songs that allowed for the dance floor to be filled at all times. We switched up our schedule day of wedding due to our schedule and Russ went right along with all the changes without issue. I threw a bachelor party for my friend and needed a professional event DJ to host and emcee. After researching Branson DJs and Springfield DJs, reading reviews, and visiting a dozen websites, I chose 3 companies to call.

When I got on the phone with Russ at Maxed Out Entertainment I knew within minutes he was the right event DJ for my party. He was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable on his craft. Russ listened to all my requests and provided valuable insights on any questions I had. Once we discussed availability and pricing, we moved on to planning.

Russ worked closely with me to learn what music should be played at the event. He had a vast library of classic and modern music that fit the mood perfectly.

Because this bachelor party was a surprise, I wanted to plan a grand entrance for the groom-to-be. Russ put together an awesome lighting package that blew my mind. We had uplighting, overhead lighting, and even a spotlight. Russ created a custom program that activated all the lights with music and a smoke machine when the groom walked in. It worked perfectly and was honestly the coolest part of the whole party.

During the party Russ switched between entertaining emcee and playing a great mix of the music we requested. His song selection and sound quality were fantastic. He knew when to let the music run and when to make an announcement. Russ' delivery on the mic is professional and polished; always keeping focus on the event. Everyone in attendance had a great time and talked about the event for weeks after. I'm thankful I hired Maxed Out Entertainment. From start to finish, Russ provided top-notch service and was fun to work with. When I get married he'll be the first person I call.

My daughter recently got married and the reception exceeded all my expectations! We hired Russ Willoughby as our D. J.and he kept the party going! After completing a questionaire he spoke to my daughter and I on the phone for aproximately 2 1/2 hours prior to the wedding insuring he understood every detail from events and timeline to the kinds of music and ambiance we were hoping for. He assisted at the wedding with sound as well and worked seemlessly with pianist, and vocalist. At the reception, he got the party started and kept it going exactly as we discussed and far better than I could have imagined. The energy in the room was fun and festive and all of my guests have raved about the reception! Many specifically complimenting our D. J. Whether they realized it or not, he was the reason our reception was such a success! He communicated with other vendors and confirmed any changes with the bride before implementing. The music was a perfect mix for all in attendance! I believe EVERYONE had fun! It was a night to remember! I give Russ Willoughby my highest recommendation! Definitely hire him if you want to have "The Time of Your Life". Words in the last song of the evening that completely summed up our experience.

Russ was an absolute FANTASTIC DJ on our wedding day! He did an excellent job during the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception. We got compliments all night about him! He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable, and he made our wedding day that much smoother.

Russ is AMAZING! He made sure to fit our 1920's theme into the reception by a cocktail hour full of amazing songs and went smoothly into the dance portion. Lets just say I had no voice the day after because I was singing so loud and had an amazing time. He did a great job of getting everyone moving and excited to dance. Everyone was talking about him days after about how fantastic the reception was. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I hired Russell to do our company awards banquet in March of '19. He was beyond professional! Had top notch equipment, a profound knowledge for his craft and a meticulous approach to his set up. He went above and beyond my expectations and did it all for an affordable price. I highly recommend using him for any of your personal or professional affairs. You will not be disappointed.

Russ was the DJ for our annual oncology nurse's banquet and did an AMAZING job! We had a Clue Themed night and he helped with the festivities to keep the night rolling. He even dressed the part. Everyone had such a great time and the music was on point!
