6Never again with this place. I work long hours and don't have the option of going to the bank. I'm sick and tired of paying 30 bucks to wash clothes only to find out the change machine is out of order and have to drive all the way to cuba to finish my laundry. I've given this place the last chance I'm giving them to waste my time and weekend. No more.
Dried clothes for an hour and 15 minutes and they were still wet. Atmosphere was unnerving and had my quarters eaten. Don't go here unless you have no other option.
Completely remodeled with great equipment. The first time ever I was happy when I left a laundromat other than always being glad it was finally over. Huge 6 load washers at a good price. Done and gone. Clothes clean.
Just saw where you're doing a remodel, that wonderful! Please take the time to put up some type of blocker so the rotten stinch from the pot store doesn't stink up your laundromat. The smell in your laundromat smells and reaks of that skunk smelling pot! Good place, just try to figure out which machines work the best.
There’s more than 50 washers/dryers and 40+ don’t work, being said, this wasn’t fun trying to find one that actually wasn’t broken. The smell was like walking into a homeless persons alley in New York. Musty and nasty. Will not let $6 at another place make me go somewhere else. This was outrageous. I’ll take the nice and new laundry Matt in Rolla over this dump. I’m surprised the city hasn’t shut you guys down with the amount of fire hazard machines you guys have running still. And the amount of slack in the quarter slots tells me they are not regularly serviced. Had to dry my clothes on my windshield of my car as I just moved from out of state.
A lot of the washing machines are always out of order. Some dryers don't heat. It's awful when you wash clothes and they come out smelling worse than they went in, either if cigarette smoke or grease.
Second time I have lost money in the large front open washers along the back wall. Have NOT gotten a reply from the owner after filling out the forms at Subway! They have NO phone contact info whatsoever!
