Mazzio's Italian Eatery, Marshall MO

Mazzios is the best. I moved to Colorado and don’t get to have it much any more but when I get back to Missouri this is a staple in my diet. Best Pizza. Best Ranch. I need more this in my life.

Mazzio's in general has good food and staff. I do think that the servers need to be better trained. In the past few weeks, we've had two servers who didn't really know the menu and one server who wrote nothing down and had to continually come back to double check our order. There should be standard procedures for this. I'm not pointing fingers at anyone because I don't know who or what is responsible, but I do feel like Mazzio's has declined over the last 4-5 years. I feel like it's lost some of its joy, including in the employees.

This is an old favorite of mine. I hadn't been home In quite a while but was happy to sit and eat some awesome pizza

The manager and waitress was very friendly and kind and jumped right in and stayed on top of things with the buffet and their customers

I just ordered my dinner from here. I ordered a salad and chicken Alfredo. I always get a salad from here at least twice a week. Everything was horrible. My salad has water in it because it's old Everything is soft. Very displeased. I want my money back

I went for the dinner buffet. The options of various pizzas were all similar and only had one or two toppings. There was not any pasta on the buffet nor warm marinara for the cheese bread. The salad bar there is always exceptionally good.

Very nice pizza place in a small town. I got the thin crust Greek it was very good crispy crust lots of toppings and tasty. Friend got the chicken Alfredo bake and said it was good also he couldn't finish it haha. We both had soft drinks and was under 30 bucks before tip. They also had some arcade games in the back. Typical seating tables and padded chairs no booths that I saw unless they where back with the arcade games. Would totally eat here again.

Relaxing atmosphere, staff is mostly friendly food is always good and usually speedy and correct.

The new manager is hateful, she never stopped yelling and belittling her staff. The pizzas were so sloppy it was ridiculous. Can not believe how bad this place has gotten.

We ordered the four meat calzone. It was delicious. Our server was polite but a little less attentive than I would actually require of my employees probably shouldn't be out in the lobby with their phones but we were the only ones in there so that's kind of a okay but still not really a little unprofessional she was young it's all right.

Usually p good but I wish they would make sure to double check they put the ranch In the box when they say they did

The waitress was very nice and made sure that we were okay on drinks. And even made sure that had everything right on our order And even checked on my brothers pizza to make sure it would get out to the buffet and was very kind and the kind of person who i think deserved a 10$ tip And the service was really good and did not even take like 30 minutes or more.

The calzone didn't have any butter and parmesean cheese on it. Then asked for more and waitress argued with us and threatened to kick us out. The service was also very slow.

Lunchtime and it wasn't crowded, everything seemed cleaned and staff was friendly. Food was decent.

Very bad service. More than an hour to complete our order. And the place is empty to start with. And there shouldn't have been an excuse to make us wait this long. In my opinion I wouldn't come back here again

Nice salad bar with several choices. Lots of pizza, and you can request certain pizzas be put on the buffet. One of my favorite places to eat.

Amazing salad bar and pizza. Service is friendly and fast. I can't recommend enough! Plus they have Ms Pac Man to play after you eat!

My fiance placed an order and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I got there at the time it was supposed to be ready, and still had to wait another 20 minutes. They didn't start making my order til after I got there.

Don't like the new changes need new tables always really cold the general Manger was hateful and didn't talk with anybody didn't seem like she wanted any of her employees talking with the customers
