It's McAlister- you get the best tea! Always had a good experience at this location including staff.

Great place for sit down lunch, we like their broccoli or tortilla soups. They have a wonderful chicken salad sandwich, I like their Cesar wrap. All worth a weekly trip. Enjoy, we do!

Well, I love this place but will NOT BE BACK for a LONG TIME
Went in for dinner tonight - mind you there are NO SIGNS or ANYTHING stating this. We ordered 42 dollars of food, hand them a hundred and they ABSOLUTELY would not take it! They only needed to give me under 60 dollars back
NOT ONLY THAT this lady working there decides to preach at me AND then TELL ME I’m HARD to work with BECAUSE I stated there was no sign! So not only did they
1-not take my money but
2-tell me I’m hard to work with
WOW!
Thankfully called Chic Fil A who said it would be No Problem to break a hundred
As you can tell I’m NoT a happy camper right now!
No compassion, no apology, NOTHING but denial and belittling me

So delicious. Food is amazing. A little high in prices to food value, but worth an occasional trip.

Every single time I go there they fail to put something in the order. Food is good. Employees are terrible

Management needs to do some house cleaning on their staff! Girl there with long braid gave so much attitude and was arguing with customers! Dropping plates at a table and almost splashed soup on a lady all because the lady asked for her food to be remade cause it was wrong! And then when I stood up for the other customer, this child had the nerve to mock what I was saying!

Getting skimpy on portion size to save money. Wife's soup was only 2/3 full and my Veggie Spud had hardly any veggies or cheese on it. Not like all the other McAlister's we've been to across the USA. This one we will not return to.

Every time I dine in the service and food and great. Love the soup and sandwiches. I have ordered TO GO and my food never seems as good as when I dine in but overall good experience.

This was our first and last time eating here after the “lady” that took our order was extremely rude and impatient with the elderly man and woman in front of us. She literally laughed at them and heckled them. Disgusting behavior and mediocre food.

This place is terrible. I just waited almost 10 minutes and then they told me someone had picked up my delivery order they would have to make a new one. I asked how long it would be they didn't know because they just got a lot of orders and it would be behind them even though it should have already been done

This has been a consistently good place to eat for several years now. It has a good kids menu too.

Taste was good but cost was alot for what we got. Ordered grilled chicken on crescent for my husband, there was only chicken on half. Ordered chicken ceaser wrap for myself, there was only 5 pieces of lettuce on the whole wrap. Ordered Mac n cheese as a side, there were almost no noodles in it and broccoli as the other side, there were 5 small pieces of broccoli in the bowl (didn't fill more then 1/4 of the bowl). Definitely not worth the $25 I spent. The best thing about entire meal was the black cherry Dr. Pepper.

Please make some kind of contact with corporate or whomever so that there is an option to stop getting plastic utensils with every single delivery. We are eating at home. It goes straight into the trash. We have tried several times to request no utensils.

Absolutely hate this McAllister's, solely due to the older staff members. The older women who work here are so rude! There is no sense of urgency for anyone's order, they treat you badly and I swear they deliberately take longer to get your order ready if you ask them about it while you're waiting. The wait times at this place are ridiculous, I have never been to a McAllister's that is run this poorly in my life. Wish the owner could see the way they run this store and treat their patrons, it's sad and it's just bad business.

The Pecanberry salad is wonderful. Just wish the lettuce was cut up a little smaller. Tje Italuan sandwich had too much brown mustard. The staff was very friendly and kind.

I ordered the ham and cheese melt, usually it’s pressed in a panini press and is hot and crispy. It was not. It was barely warm enough to melt the cheese, the other parts of my order were also lacking. The blt was burned and had hardly any bacon on it. Everyone who was eating in’s food looked fantastic it was like because I ordered Togo they just threw it together without a care. Very disappointed l.

First time visit. As soon as you walk in the smell is Fantabulous. Their menu is extreme. The Italian was yummy. Husband had veggie stuffed potato. So much to offer
