This is great! They told us it would be 10 minutes for a baked potato. It takes me 45 minutes to several hours to cook a potato! Really the best place to get a huge delicious salad! Casual-fast or fast food baked potato? ! Great ice tea!

Hoping it's just a bad day. They have one cashier on a Sunday and a long line of frustration.

The other servers have upset on their faces, it spreads onto the customers as they wait patiently.

The drinks for refills are behind the counters not sure why considering they have a lack of helpers.

Food was just slammed together, messy - which doesn't help the taste in a weird way.

Complete lack of management which isn't fair to the employees that show up to work.

You guys can do better than this!

Rather understaffed for a Friday evening, the food was wonderful, and the facility was clean.

6 of us had lunch today, they lost the order for 2 in our party. We waited overv an hour for for there order Another in our party got the wrong food, she ate it anyway after an hour wait. Servers where NOT helpful about the lost order and kind of snippy when we asked for the 2nd time. We will NOT BE BACK.

Don't waste your time. I work in the area and use to frequently come in but I stopped because they only have one person working the register when I come in.

Jody is awesome and making sure the order is correct! Little bit of a wait whenever you go but their food is good!

Food was delicious and ordering was a breeze. Only complaint was how dirty the restaurant was inside to enjoy my meal. A whole section was completely closed off and the free section had dirty chairs and tables so there was limited seating.

So disappointed and hungry still. As soon as I unwrapped my sandwich there was a short black hair on it. I called and spoke to the manager Jess, she was nice and did offer a refund.

Had problems ordering online, called and had problems with the automated service, called back 3 times to get a live person. Gave her my order of 3 sandwiches. Came home and my sandwich was wrong. Took it back up, while I was waiting there was 1 worker walking laps in the restaurant. 1 walking back and forth groaning. And another was walking around talking to himself and making weird noises. I got my 12.99 sandwich home and it had burnt cheddar cheese and one slice of roast beef. My Moms andwich had little saurcraut and bread was soggy. My Aunt ordered the same sandwich and was fine. I don't think there was a manager there. The food coming out of the kitchen should of been better. I've ate in and it is much better.

It was pretty busy today, so I ordered online for pick up. I found it interesting that although there is a rack in the designated pick-up area, all orders were prepared and placed on a counter behind the pick-up rack. This forces customers to flag down an attendant to inquire if their order is ready, rather than a self-service option as it appeared to be.

Ordered delivery tonight for dinner for my family. It was supposed to be here around 7pm. Around 8, still no food and it said our Uber driver was nowhere close to the restaurant. I decided to call and I spoke with Cameron. She was SUPER helpful and kind during the process. She spoke with her manager and they said they would remake the food and allowed me to come and pick up my food myself. Unfortunately, the delivery driver got there first. BUT i so appreciate the kindness and helpfulness from Cameron and her manager!

The front of house crew openly ignored me and my wife. We walked up to on cashier, and he looked at us and walked away. Not once was I asked if they could help me, and I had to call out to people three feet away to get attention. Won't be coming back

Stopped in today I thought I ordered the pulled pork nachos but I don't even see it on your menu. I ended up getting nachos with dip. I also ended up getting a Cesar salad and a blt+a. The dressing for the salad way to strong and looked discolored. I had 3 croutons and a couple of pieces of cheese. The blt looked like it was just slopped together. The amount of burnt bacon as shown in picture was not appealing. Ended up just eating it without bacon. They had plenty of kitchen staff and staff outside of kitchen. Only a few people in restaurant. Next time would be nice to have a nice sandwich where the bacon is not all burnt.

Waited 25 minutes for two simple sandwiches. The kitchen was packed with workers but they all seemed to be doing take out orders. There were only 3 tables of eat in, all were waiting or complaining. We left without receiving our food…. Wasn’t worth it to hassle for a refund.

Tried for the first time and was pretty good! Reminded me of Panera lol but anyway the location was clean and big. The food- I order a turkey sandwich and it was barley any turkey kinda skeet on the meat. But what I did have tasted so good! Also got the unlimited nachos and they were bomb! Would definitely be back

Placed an order on line. It was marked correctly but was incorrect when it was owned at home. Drove back to obtain a replacement order. Once again - repeat. Another incorrect order. No customers in the store on either visit, yet no one would anger the phone! Horrible customer service!

They are always nice at this location, the waits aren't bad, and they have no problem making substitutions or additions to items on the menu.

The one positive thing I can say about this location, is that they are consistent. Consistent in the fact that they somehow manage to screw up our order every single time we go o this location. The food is decent, we just never get what we ordered.

Horrible experience, had to wait over 30 minutes for two sandwiches, soup and a salad. Had to go up to the counter and ask for it to go instead because we were out of time. Got the stuff back to my office just in time for a meeting just to find out there was no dressing for the salad. This place used to be way better, but it’s been a few years since I’ve been due to a job relocation. I think they are really short staffed.
