I work in a customer service call center environment. So when I see good customer service I like to leave my review and point them out for something good! Our overall experience with McBride has been great. My 2 month service was better. Derek was very helpful with our 2 month service. He listen and took his notes in regards to our concerns and ensured us those items will be corrected. And they were. Derek just had real good communication and knowledge. Great overall customer service!

McBride has been a complete pleasure to work with. From the time we picked out our lot, through the design studio and planning phases, to the final walkthrough, they made us feel like we were their most important customer. They continue to offer amazing support after we moved in, scheduling follow up appointments with us to address any issues we noticed after moving in that are part of our warranty. Our foreman, Todd, was great and very helpful as well. He made sure that we were taken well care of.

Overall we had a good experience with McBride. We enjoyed working with Derek, Dan and Lisa. Thank you guys! The three of you have been great!

Start to finish Jeff helped us find our dream home, and always on site, even Ed comes by our house to make sure mud is out of the way (we moved in at phase one so lots of construction going on!) they are just such good people here as well and the 2 month warranty check up went really well as well! We are excited for this neighborhood to be filled with happy homeowners!

Candy takes such a personal interest in the community. She made everything so simple from start to finish. She would respond and answer our questions any time day or night she was always there for us! Once the community is finished and she packs up shop it really won’t feel the same without her right down the road. We love her!

Please be very careful with McBride homes using cheap particle board on the exterior of you home. Everyone in the Winghaven neighborhood has had or will need to replace or repair the front exterior of their homes because they used shoddy material.

Currently in the process of buying the home and the lady in the office has been extremely unprofessional. My moving date needs to be changed but she states McBride will sue me if i cant Close on the day she wants me too! Does anyone have connections or someone i can Get a hold of ASAP?

Purchased Lot 14 from Britt Kelly and his team and the service was excellent! From first steps, to making the hard decisions I felt the support and dedication from everyone!
They treated it like their own home!
