The ladies at McBride’s Design studios customer service was first class. From the moment my wife and I walked into the building Ms. Anne Weibert welcomed us with open arms, she is literally the sweetest person you could ever meet.
Going into the process we didn’t know what to expect but our design rep Cami Baumgarth explained the entire process to us in great detail. What we appreciated most about the process was how patient and professional Cami was. Cami made it a point of emphasis that this process was all about us and making sure that we got everything we wanted in our home. Cami was very personable and you would have thought that my wife and Cami had been friends for years.
These two ladies are great representatives of the company and deserves to be recognized for their efforts.

Everyone at the design studio from start to finish has been absolutely wonderful and made our home building & designing experience better than we could have imagined. Thank you so much for making lasting memories with us!

BE AWARE. WARRANTY?

Don't wait for your inspection schedule to report any issues in your "new home". We reported cracks in the ceiling and wall (see pictures) on our last inspection, and they sent someone to fix it. Less than a month and one half latter the same cracks showed up again, meaning that the repair was done incorrectly.

We reach out to customer service and explained the issue in hopes that they would send someone else out to fix the issue correctly. For our surprise we got an email response saying that the inspection/warranty time has passed and as a result they were not responsible.

We understand that after a year, McBride is not responsible for new repairs, but it is sad and disappointing that they would not take responsibility on a repair done incorrectly under the warranty time.

My husband and I worked with Elizabeth and she was a great person to work with. Everything was smooth and we never felt like we were rushed to choose or pushed to choose certain design.
Anne was very informative about meeting schedule so that was also a plus.
One thing I recommend though is, go to McBride Design Studio website and do some research/study before you have a meeting with them.
The videos on their website is actually pretty helpful and will give you basic ideas of what you are going to look and choose.

We had such a great experience with Cami at the design studio. Everything you possibly need is all in one place. I wasn’t sure how many options we would have from which to choose, but there were many many options. Cami made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. And it was nice to have a designer to help pick out what we wanted for our home. I highly recommend McBride homes. My husband and I are excited to have our house built!

I had a wonderful experience working with the McBride Design Studio Team! My fiancé and I worked with Kayla who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and exceptional in assisting us as first-time home buyers. My only critique of the experience was the hours of operation. They offer appointment times Monday through Friday at 9: 30AM and 1: 30PM. This created a barrier for my fiancé to attend both meetings as they work from 8AM-4PM. This was the only obstacle to our interactions with the Design Studio team. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and expertise in building our home.

The Mcbride studio setup is simply amazing. There are models and displays available for every selection. We were extremely happy with the walk through and the assistance provided by Jamie. She is the best at what she does. She knows each and every stuff and was patiently answering all our questions. We really loved working with Jamie.

Megan was awesome! We are first time home buyers and she explained each aspects in detail and made the whole process so easy, everyone in the design studio was so welcoming and we felt very comfortable during the time we spent there! Great experience!

This company definitely makes subpar homes in my opinion/experience. From day one of planning my husband was making it known that he wanted to make sure the flooring would be solid and he was assured by the builder that they would be. Well there are multiple huge squeaks, indentations, "high-lows" in every floor on the first and second levels. When we walk on the floors the walls crack in our kitchen and two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom had such a bad soft spot in middle the floor that they came in and cut a Huge hole in the floor put in screws and covered it back up which did not work! At this point we walk around that area! Our wood and supplies were sitting uncovered in the rain for days as well as the construction workers leaving our windows open during rain storms allowing water to come into the unfinished house which may have contributed to the horrible floors we are left with. They will stall repairs by patch working until your one year is up where they are responsible for repairing things then your stuck and then on your own. Please get your own inspection done before closing new house or not! The bones of the house are frail.

Anne, Cammi and Marci are funny, intelligent and very knowledgeable about decorating the houses. They made it so easy and very helpful for my wife and I, when we were deciding what to put in our home. I would recommend everyone we know to go to them when they are Building or upgrading their homes. I just want to say Thank you so much. The world would be a better place if we had more people like Anne, Cammi and Marci.

What a beautiful McBride Home Studio Design Center! From the moment you walk in and Ann Weibert greets you at the door, you know this is going to be a great experience. Our Designer was Elizabeth Dehlendorf. Her upbeat personality took away all the anxiety we had about making all the decisions we had that day. She was so knowledgeable about all the products we had to choose from- from flooring to lighting and everything in between. We relied on her designer instinct to help us. We enjoyed the 2 days we had with Elizabeth. She was so helpful and quick in answering any emails we sent her from the first appointment to the last. We are so happy with all the choices we made with the guidance of Elizabeth. She respected our budget but some how we picked out everything we wanted and more. Our McBride Home will be so beautiful thanks to Elizabeth. Thank you McBride for offering this service and having Elizabeth Dehlendorf as a wonderful Designer.

The entire team with McBride & Sons is top notch Grade A Quality. From the Account Managers at the numerous sites throughout the area, down to the extraordinary staff at the design studio that guide you thru the selection process for all the minute details that go with building a new home with McBride. The passion and dedication to their jobs is clearly evident with every person you encounter at the design studio. The layout of the design studio is open and inviting.making the overwhelming task of selecting everything for your new home seamless. We don't plan to move again for quite some time, but if/when we do.we will certainly consider McBride & Sons again.

Thanks to the Mcbride design studios for helping us choose wonderful interiors. Jennifer is our Design consultant and she has been fabulous throughout our appointments. Answered all our questions patiently and timely. Anne was kind enough and made sure to remind us before our appointment:) Jennifer had a surprise for us at the end of our final appointment- It was a cute wine bottle with personal message from her and mcbride studio. Me and my husband had our sweet little celebration the same night with it. It was so wonderful working with you! Excited for our new home… yay!

I'll just jump in.it started off great! Full of excitement and positive energy, but as we got closer to the end, I began to feel the irritation of the Consultant. Granted, we had a lot to cover and only had 15 minutes before close. It was a lot of back and forth with the selections we were viewing for our new home. So with that said, I understand the Consultant wanting to complete the task so that we had a more norrow idea on the cost of our selections; however, I am a fair person, who try to respect people's time and work hours, but on another note. I don't like being rushed nor attitude. Because it's the attitude change that really got me! This is a big investment, and although next go-around I'll be more cautious of the time frame that's allotted, please kindly drop the attitude regardless of the time. This was a 50/50 experience. I am still appreciative of the time and effort. The Consultant definitely knew her stuff.
