14Nice shipping staff very busy. Considering how busy they are you have to anticipate 3 - 4 hours wait time.
Upon arrival you need to check at the guard check to get your dose of coronavirus since there are three men and a half in a 3X3 ft space with no ventilation.
Very slow.hole, they need 6 hours to figure out how to load twenty some pallets on the trailer, it's rocket science!
Dropped my trailer been sitting there for 7hrs they don’t even deserve one star total joke company’s management needs to step in and do something about this mess
Make sure you pull few feet from the door, they're gonna close your door and seal it while you go to the office for paperwork
Nice people. They want you to check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Empty and out the door in Hour and half. No overnight Parking. Slide your tandems at the guard shack.you will be dropping the trailer at dock and bob tail to receiving office. Do not break your seal, it’s a big deal for them.
Not too bad. I’m don’t give 5 stars because. The lady inside the office not call me. I’m
Empty for over 2 hours. Waiting for BOL.
Beware. Extremely long wait times. Once you're at the facility you can't leave to get food even though they make you disconnect from the trailer and bobtail to park near the office. They'll tell you to do door dash or Uber eats. Also, the tall white guy in the office got hostile when I asked where I was in the line up to be loaded. 3.5 hours later and I'm still waiting and they haven't started loading yet. Go in speaking nicely and you might get attitude.
Long story short, bring food, don't ask questions, and get comfortable.
Slow slow slow slow, 6 hrs and still not loaded was 1 hr early for appointment and still not loaded. First and last time I’ll be here
15hr to get loaded arrive 1hr before appointment. Once you enter can't go out to buy food basically you become there property. People friendly but the amount of time to get loaded it's a joke by the way they don't pay DT.
Too much different rules. Security guy was unprofessional and very rude. Loading time was fast.
Absolutely the worst place to pick up and deliver to. They expect you to go through their security, drop your trailer, go park, give them your personal phone number, hostlers have attitude when they address you, the load pay is awful, all over some mustard. This company does not PAY you to do all of their extra steps. Drop and hook takes forever as well, security doesn’t even come to you, they make YOU the driver do all of their work for them. Horrible business.
YoU hAvE a 13: 00 aPpOiNtMeNt. But that’s just a suggestion. We will load you when we feel like it, appointments mean nothing at this place. This place creates headaches. Still waiting on a dock 1: 30 past appointment time.
They were extremely rude to me and my boyfriend who drive. One of the yard jockies decided I should move the truck when i don't have my cdl cause apparently we were too far up in a parking space. When we weren't. It made me feel extremely unsafe and then the yard jockie decided to go inside and rudely tell my bf (who was checking in and about to come back outside) to move the truck because some rookie couldn't back in properly when they had plenty of room. Some people here are unprofessional and rude.
