McDonald's, Kirkwood MO

For some strange reason, everyone in the Drive-Thru lane had to wait for their food. There were cars stacked up in the reserve spaces for drive-thru, and three cars including myself waiting in the Drive-Thru Lane itself waiting for our orders. Everyone had paid etc and we're just waiting. At least this time, the employees were nice and professional

Has gone down in quality more than service. And that’s on! CDonalds in general. Only reason it gets three is because I saw how hard everyone in there was working.

Went through the drive-thru and the person that took my order was very rude and didn't let me finish completing my order and my food wasn't right

250 first graders on field trip to Magic House stopped by for lunch. Wild crazy time. They were having a blast!

Friendly most of the time. I have found out they can be very slow. If you get a # 4 prepare to wait. I would recommend coming here if you don't mind waiting. The food is good by McDonald's level of expectations. Easy to see. Can be a little difficult to get to in heavy traffic when traveling west on Manchester.

It's always slow at this McDonald's pull up and wait. I guess it's hard to run a business when you have children working for you

Kirkwood rd. 63122, no coke zero, no longer a cherry on the whip cream in the shake, fries and filet o fish cold at times, everybody has a trial by fire at work. When someone is taking orders that is new, they need an experienced hand to lead them to the right actions to take for their direct contact with each customer.
Smile, be polite, don't panic. Thats my food you are worrying over. Thanks.

This is the worst McDonalds ever. Wanted me to pull forward for 2 cheeseburgers and when I said "no thanks I'll wait here". The manager called the police on me, the customer! No wonder this McDonalds has such bad reviews. There customer service is horrible. And if you, as the manager don't like your job.get another one!

They now have self service order screens. These are not the easiest to manage especially for some older people. They will ignore you if you try to order at the register. They get the order wrong. They use profane language within customer earshot. The tables and condiment stations are filthy. This is a terrible McDonald's.

The employees working the drive through were extremely rude and unpleasant. Will not be returning. Very unprofessional.

All the Managers are Lazy There smoking weed outside doing rush hours putting the real work on the other employees very unfair but I will recommend that Nolan keeps a closer eye out for his business and the people he got trying to run things. Managers aspecially Drunken LISA.

There needs to be more healthier menu options without asking for a special order. To eat healthy, you have to pay for buns, just to get a lettuce wrapped burger. How hard is it to offer lettuce wrapped burgers?

ABSOLUTE worst customer service ever NOT received. Stood in line to order behind 1 man for over 5 mins. The woman that finally came and took the gentleman's order was nothing but rude and rushed him. Then looked at us and walked away.never came back to get our order. We walked out without ever ordering or getting a word from anyone and will never go back.

Gone a few times because of location, but they are slower and always forget sauces for kid's nugget meals

I come to McDonald’s all the time and the staff was great and everybody was very helpful. There was this one girl named Camillewho was very polite

The wait was super long to pay for my food and they gave me the wrong sause and then I had to wait even longer for that. My advise is just don't fo there on fridays because kids from schools near there will come and make it louder.

Very quick service and my order was 100% correct. Not often can I give a 5 Star for a McDonalds but my visit on this day was just that. Nice drive thru worker and window operator. Keep up the great work.

Brought my granddaughter for late lunch. Servers were very friendly and helpful. For a fast food place, it was better than I expected.

The ladies in the drive thru we're super rude. First one didn't even make eye contact at all. Then the second one wanted to throw a fit when I told her she didn't have my order ready. Plus they didn't even put tomato on my McChicken when I asked. & She read me back my order when & still got it wrong.
