McDonald's, Jefferson City MO

I'm limited food made outside my home so my one pre-COVID indulgence is large diet coke from McDonald's. Don't know what it is but those fountain sodas are the best. Only place I get a fountain soda.

It was fast and we got Shamrock Shakes if you're wondering if they have them. Some locations don't have the shake.

As usual McDonald's will always be McDonald's cold french fries you try to lose spicy chicken sandwich and it was a lot as a Sahara desert I do not enjoy it and I will not be returning I'm done with McDonald's all of them. Customer service was finally reading us and timely manner the food this morning and I do not believe in my money for bad food that I couldn't fix it at home for less than what I was trying the nasty dry food

No lobby service, and crazy long drive thru wait time, but the employees are often great people and food prepared as expected, hot and fresh, and as ordered.

Food good but need to shorten wait time, maybe return to precooked burgers! After all it is a drive thru hamburger not a resturant

Very slow to take orders. Once I placed my order the cashier said for me to grab my receipt when it prints. Kind of unprofessional in my opinion.

My 1st time in USA and first USA Mcdonalds. Burgers are bigger and cost less. So different to UK. Loved it. Great time

Only one drive through lane open and you paid where you picked up your food, so that slows things down. My Tenders were a bit overdone and chewy. However, the very sweet and friendly lady at the window made me smile!

The drive thru service was HORRIBLE. I ordered a mcchicken with light lettuce and a large Dr. Pepper. I pay and pull forward and person at the window gives me my sandwich and says pull up to #1 and we will bring your drink right out. 15 minutes later I go inside and speak to the manager, NEVER did get my Dr. Pepper, she tells me they are changing the Dr. Pepper out and that it's an 1962 old building, so it takes a minute. I NEVER got an apology or anything.
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

We were on a road trip. They were very very slow. The drive through was kinda busy. It took us 15 minutes just to get a ice coffee.

This McDonalds is newer and better decorated than most in town but it is a fast food chain. Therefore tables aren't frequently washed down & messes by the drink & catsup dispensers aren't cleaned either. I always carry a small pack of disinfecting wipes to clean off the table.

Burgers were hot and good. The mcflurry was made kinda sloppy, ice cream running down the cup on one side and looked like it wasn't even filled to the top like it should have been.

Very fast and quite accurate. Just wish they would add a little more gravy to the biscuit and gravy. Just not enough for my taste.

I always think something sounds better than it tastes at McDonalds. I leave feeling disappointed. I rarely eat here. It's not bad, just ok.

The lady at the Register was really nice. I came in this time with my daughter instead of the drive thru. They are always so rude and rushed and never smiling at the window. I'm glad I was able to come inside for a change! Have not gotten our food yet but I'm sure it will be here shortly. It's been about 7 mins so far.

Literally the worst McDonald's in Jeff. Expect to wait a long time for cold, incorrect food. Watch as you get served after the people that got there well after you. Notice how the team member has absolutely no idea what they're doing and watch the managers act like it's the customers fault.

Oh and if you do UberEats, you get put to the very end of the line and if one person shows up they still get served before you. They will make you wait 30+ minutes and then tell you "oh you have to wait for UberEats. Regular customers have to take priority"

Drive thru very slow. Truck ahead of me left so they tried to charge me their order I told them they left easy fix then my bill I got my drink she rang my bill gave me my card back and said have a nice day without giving me my food still easy fix but in total took like 15 minutes or so and I was third in line.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a McDonald's. It was the night of the Tennessee Vols & Columbia Tigers football game. It took at least 20 minutes and everything was wrong. I'm not joking. The fries weren't even hot and tasted like they were laying in grease. My husband ordered a double & got a single. My quarter pounder was raw! My husband was like that's not possible bc they have a timer. I showed him and he set there trying to figure out how it came out raw.

Now when she brought us our food (remember waited 20 minutes so was parked) she read out the meals. We told her it was wrong, she apologized and offered a free fry. We declined due to the fact we still had to drive hours home and had no idea how long a fry would even take.

They've been making a concerted effort to make sure that the french fries are hot, that the sodas are topped off when you order them without ice, and to get your order correct the first time. They still sometimes need help offering the spoons and forks that are needed the appropriate Foods yet you're eating

Late night visit. Crowded drive thru. Was out of line with food in about 15 minutes. Everything was okay except instead of coke I got Dr.pepper. Will take my receipt in for my coke another visit.
