McDonald's, Hannibal MO

Food order was correct and good but the woman that took our order had a "don't care" attitude but the young man who took our money at the to go window was very nice.

It's fast food! But I really like the kids that work there! Always so friendly.even though they are short handed.love the app savings!

Waited nearly an hour waiting for an employee to come and wash my hands. Dosent it say employees must wash hands?

McRib is back and we enjoyed. Service, however, was worse than usual. They tried to charge me $15 for what turned out to be a $10 order, still gave me a smaller size drink, and even trying to correct it still put ice in it despite my asking for large Coke no ice three times ordering, twice at window #1 and twice at window #2. After all that, I just cut my losses and took the ice. The McRibs were good, though, and that gets the stars.

Its McDonald's you don't expect much other then your order to be wrong.

Its no better or worse then any other McDonald's, other than the parking lot is the worst I've seen.

Horrible service, no one would have me despite asking for help multiple times. I waited for 20 mins before walking out.the staff was also rude.don't wait your time here

If it allowed me to give no stars I absolutely would my son's food is never right they always forget something I end up waiting 30 minutes curbside to pick up two things and I honestly probably would never come back if it weren't for the fact that my child will only eat Happy meals and three other things

Past two times I was here, the lines were very long but they managed to keep the lanes moving along. Had a special order both times and my order was actually right.both times!

If you are going to charge. 45¢ extra per sandwich for Mac sauce you should at least be able to taste it. Sandwiches were very dry and barely edible without a drink. Huge waste of $17. Threw most of it away.

Good coffee most days.this is what I got for last 2 mornings. Grounds in the last half of my cup, yuk! Must depend on who is working.

Traveling through in the early morning went through the drive up.only 1 car ahead of me…got our order got on the road… ask for bacon on my muffin 2 times …ham was what was on it… hash brown felt and tasted as if it had been made hours earlier.cold and limp…next time I’ll find a different fast food to get breakfast

This place is going downhill! I love McDonald's when they get your order right. When I ordered I got the wrong thing after I had gotten all the way home, so I had to go back and they were supposed to have fixed it, and when they gave me the food the second go around, it was wrong again! So I went back for the 3rd time and I went inside and told them I got the wrong order twice now, they finally got it right, but didn't offer anything for their mistake. Just a sorry and here is your food and go on about your business. They could have at least given me some kind of free drink or free sandwich or offered my money back, or something. Nope, I only got a "sorry" and that was it. Wow.

I just came through the drive-thru tonight after working a really hard shift and I really appreciate how great the service and food was. The lady who took my order was very nice and so we're both the people at the windows when I came up to pay and get my food. My food was hot and it tasted great and everything was really fast. Just wanted to leave this nice review as my way to say thank you so much

Helpful staff and options for either talking to a real person, or ordering from their digital menu screen. They even bring the food out to your table.

My visit was ok. I drove up and noticed that the drive thru was very busy I then went inside and ordered my meal on the kiosk.stood in line and waited. A lady came in and said that she had been waiting in the outside line for over 20 mins and still no food or service. I received mine and left. Service was very nice and apologetic about the wait and the confusion

The big breakfast was good. Kids are pancakes and sausage. They couldn't eat everything. Brought the leftovers with us.
P. S. McDonald's makes the best unsweetened tea. Better than the other fast food and restaurants nearby.

The Hannibal McDonald's new building is wonderful, fresh, and clean. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Love McDonald's Diet Coke.has the best taste. Food is good.
