Negligence at its finest. The manager (12/1/2021) 11: 20pm intentionally allowed the employees to ignore service at the drive thru and caused me to waste 25 minutes of my time. Thus amounting to a severe back up in the line and adding to the confusion whether they’re open or not. Please do something. Otherwise the values McDonald’s stands on will suffer perpetually under this management.

This location is more like Mc Dowell's instead of McDonald's. Food is always cold or old. Orders always missing items and service is SLOW. Corporate does nothing to resolve the issues at this location.

With the mcrib deal where you but amcrib combo and get a mcrib for 1$ me and my girlfriend got plenty for the night four about 13-14$ and got through the drive through in minutes. Wasn't a bad night 8/10.

THE WORST McDonaldS location in the city! While waiting in line for approximately 10 mins a worker without a uniform on came behind my car and cut the second line off. The car behind me was trying to get these employees attention but she walked off and laughed while going back into the building. It’s finally my turn and it is 1040 and the employee informs me that they don’t serve lunch until 11 but when looking this up they start at 1030. The customer services here is horrible and it’s sad that they think it’s ok. I’m 7 pregnant and craved just the simple things

If I could give zero stars I would everytime I come here something happens, they mess up my order or my food is ice cold.well this time I come pull through the drive through me an one other car the car orders then they tell me to hold on so I do then another pulls up while I'm waiting an they completely forget about me an start taking the other cars orders while I'm sittin here still. I refuse to go back here an I highly recommend not to go as well they are rude an obviously can't do their jobs

I live nearby, and our entire neighborhood is having a rat problem due to this McDonalds. If that’s not disgusting enough, the service is worse than the rats. Yes, that bad. Never a kind employee, always slow and the food on a good day is so-so. Most of the time it’s terrible.

Worst McDonalds in town: rude staff; average food quality; takes a long time to order. They had gotten better and then far worse again! Originally– Terrible place: I put through this app order that I was supposed to get for free. They refused to give me the order a d were pretty much completely unsympathetic.

The only thing I love about this particular location is that it's 5 minutes from my house and the lady that works the breakfast shift is absolutely amazing. Other than that the staff can use a major overhaul & training so that customers are served in a adequate amount of time and with correct orders on a consistent basis

Will not be coming back even though this is the closest McDonalds in town. Just waited 47 minutes in line for a happy meal, during dinner time. 15 minutes before a single car moved, 7 minutes in line, and 25 minutes in a parking spot after I paid waiting for them to invent a happy meal I guess?

Mcdonalds, I know you're understaffed, but you gotta pay for some employees to stick around, I'm not trying to wait 47 minutes for a steak dinner, much less a damn Happy Meal.

Next time I will just pay the extra money for better food and better service at Freddy's down the road. Time is money.

Asked to move forward and park to wait for them to bring out our fries. Never came out to deliver our fries. Had to go in after 15 minutes to get them.

I was picking up and order for UberEats, and was told to go to the second window. Once I arrive at the window, 20 minutes later, they ask me to come inside and get the order. Why waste 20 minutes of my time then tell me to come inside when you could've have told me that at the menu when I said "I have an ubereats order for. "

The staff was friendly but slow, customer was complaining how food wasn't coming fast enough, it was there rush hour to me.

First they didn't give me the deal from the app. Charged me full price when mentioned it at the second window the manager said it was not his problem. Then finally we got our 2 dollars and they pulled us brought out half the order and we ended up waiting almost 4 hrs it's forcing me to give a star the food was of poor quality strongly recommend going some place else

Easily the worst in the Metro. After avoiding this location like a plague for constantly messing my order I decided to roll the dice and go back. Looks like Lady Luck was not on my side and I got the wrong order again. Turned back around and went back to the drive thru lane to tell them my food was wrong. After getting the correct order the lady working the 2nd window tried to hand me another customers coffee. Would not recommend coming here. Of all the restaurants to close because of Covid-19 this should have been one of them. Please use the one on Blue Ridge. At least they are trained to read the order back to you when they hand you your food.

They're standing here without headsets on and ignoring the drive through. We see them inside and there are idle cars with what seem like AWOL workers. We were just told they closed at 11,2 hours prior, but they're all inside cleaning. The speaker was not in manager uniform, so it's hard to believe.

Ordered a meal for my friends daughter and told the lady to hold the mayo and lettuce and after wating in line to get my food I pulls up they give me my bag and before 8 pulled off I checked to make sure they made the meal right and they still added the lettuce and Mayo so I explained to the young lady I asked for them to not add that she told me ok and to pull down so they could finish serviceing they other cars so I did. I waited 30 minutes before I backed back up to the window and asked the young lady about the kids food the woman told me she forgot! Needless to say I wasn't very happy. Other visits didn't go so well either.

I ordered medium fries in the drive thru on 350 Hwy so I didn't look at them until I pulled off. They were overcooked and didn't taste fresh. Threw most of them away.

I don't know why I keep going back here. They're always out of iced coffee and the staff lacks basic customer service. I haven't had a correct order at all in the last 6 months. The night shift is a hot mess with a few employees that get it and other employees that just stand there confused. I've called the store, emailed owners, and called the 800 number on the receipt and have neve received a response. I just want a refund for all the items I've never received! I've started only going through doordash so I can get refunds but I've witnessed online and delivery orders just sitting around, stacked up in a pile. The food is lukewarm by the time my dasher has to ask for it.

Service was terrible! I was there in the afternoon. (9/22/2021). Need to teach employees that are working the window some "Customers Service Skills". I am a Supervisor and would never let my employees answer the phone in that manner. Maybe a bad for the clerk!
