McDonald's, St. Louis MO

Shut this place down! I would give it -5 stars if I could. The employees are so beyond rude. I think everyone understands being short staffed and things taking a little longer, but this place goes above and beyond with that. They use that as an excuse to take no ones orders until after breakfast is over. We sat in line for over 30 minutes and not once did one single car move. I walked up to the door to try to go in and see two employees standing in the lobby, one on her phone and another one cleaning the windows while looking at the line of 15+ that has built up over the 20 minutes of them not taking orders. I called the restaurant and they answered within 20secs saying that “if I would just use my eyes I would see the line is moving” the line was not moving. They took one persons order then completely stopped again. I work in food and understand the struggle of a after holiday shift and being super short staffed, but this place is just lazy. The employees were not even trying to do there jobs and were making it very obvious they were waiting for breakfast to end so everyone in line would leave. Right at 10: 30 am they changed there signs and denied everyone who’s been in line for 30+ Minutes breakfast. This place should not even be open if this is the way they are going to act. Will never go there again and will be reporting the two employees working for being so insanely rude.

This McD’s has the laziest staff imaginable. The drive-thru was open on a Saturday afternoon but when I pulled up I was told they weren’t taking orders. Then through the intercom I hear a bunch of people partying in the background. It’s no wonder this location has nothing but bad reviews.

I ordered using kiosk/two Carmel flapped. Had to wait forever then when I finally got my drinks the tasted horrible. Like shakes. The service was really slow.

Let me say that the morning shift is consistent but afternoon and dinner? Idk what you all have going on but it’s nasty. I mean how long does food have to sit out in order for you to know you should probably throw it away? There’s no reason the extra pickles on my burger should INDENT the cheese like this. Just sick

Completely garbage, there's no reason anyone should have to wait in a drive-thru for 15 and still not get serviced. If you do decide to stick around in line to wait to order, you'll be waiting another 10 minutes for your food.

Early morning visit after spending all night out. Lots of cars in front of us, we contemplated leaving but cars were getting food quickly so we stayed in queue. Lg fry hit the spot. Spent a lil over 10$ per person. Food was tasty and cooked to perfect temp. Drive-thru was fast and efficient.

All I got was unsweetened iced tea as none of the food is gluten free but I drive thru regularly and get my tea!

Feel like you don't have enough time alone with your thoughts? Try the drive-thru here. You'll have a minimum of 20-30 minutes to think about the bad decisions you've made. For example, not going to Wendy's.

My burger wasn't put that well together but it's McDonald's can't expect much. Customers service was good.

You can sit for 10 minutes without anyone taking any order on either line. Ended up leaving after being in line for 20 minutes with 1 car moving forward.

Staff is very rude! Staff don’t acknowledge customers at all after being waiting for awhile. I ask a staff for help the Guy Thomas walked right passed me, completely ignore me!

Just close the doors and burn the place to the ground. Took me 30 minutes to get to the menu to order (with only 3 cars in front of me) after getting to the menu i waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order but they never did so I just left. Stay away from this place

Literally the worst McDonald’s in STL. Everytime I come it takes almost an hour on drive through. Just waited stuck in like for 45 minutes took them 15 minutes to get each persons order. Finally was able to get out of line because 4 other cars pulled out.

Slowest McDonald's ever. 75% of the time that I come here I end up waiting 10 or 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line that's not moving and then I leave to go to another one down the street. Have currently been sitting in their double drive-thru where there are 15 cars backed up and nobody is working the drive-thru or taking any orders but I can't get out of the line. This one is in such a convenient place and it would be so nice if they could just get it together.

Ordered at drive through, nobody told me price. Paid with a $10, only got 45¢ back for something that cost $6.50 based on their website.

It McDonald's. Pretty good as far as McDonald's goes but not designed for comfortable dining. Clean enough. Food was good quality.

Update August 31st, 2021: The food quality remains good and the staff is always friendly, but I spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru and there weren't that many other vehicles, maybe 10 excluding myself. I'm sorry McDonald's, but you should take some lessons from Chick-fil-A. I am in and out of their drive-thru in two or three minutes. 20 minutes, and that's not an exaggeration, is just too long.

Filet o' Fish was very okay, but every chicken item we ordered was overcooked and tough. Fries that we split were a little stale and disappointing. My roommate says the overnight/morning breakfast crew is great at this location. Maybe avoid the lunch/evening hours here?

Ordered fish and it tasted like old cardboard from the bottom of the sea. Didn't have time to go take it back, I just don't understand why it's okay to give people old food? When I worked in fast food in my teen years, we took pride in the product we delivered to our customers because we understood THEY are the reason we got a paycheck! Why not do right the first time so you don't have to deal with people coming back angry and upset?

Waited for over 30 minutes only to get COLD OLD food. Couldn’t even eat the chicken nuggets as they were hard and very cold. Fish sandwich cold and tasted old. Fries were fine.

I just knew something would be wrong with this food. I ordered 4Mcchickens & they were dry it had a awful taste like.let me tell u have had left over McDonalds this was by far the taste I'm use to the chicken was dry and it tasted very old.but everything else I ordered was great.the guy was there by himself.but still get it together.
