McDonald's, Branson MO

Stop supporting McDonald's their dining room is not open everybody else is open in this town why are you still going here.

I always loved the food. The prices are great.and even better with the mobile app.sometimes the drive-thru lines seems long.as cars tend to wrap around.but.the line goes by extremely quickly.less than 5 minutes for sure. My food has always been made hot and fresh. When I get to the window, I am always greeted by a happy employee. My orders and money/change have always been right. Only complaint would be. I would like to see more sales/merchandising on drive thru menu vs going through the app.

Sign said that if you bought a meal you could buy a McRib for a $1. When I tried to order that they argued this, charged me over $4 for the McRib.when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager an excused herself for a minute and took to add down. I know this is not typical of A McDonald's just this greedy store. They are supposed to be chain where it's the same service no matter what country or state you happen to goto. What happen here?

Went in to have lunch with my son not knowing the dining room was closed. My son asked me why there were no chairs and the lady working the front counter snapped at him saying “you can’t eat in here”. Then I noticed a small sign on a cash register stating that finding was closed. This sign should be on the door when walking in. I also witnessed this same person being hateful to the person in front of me in line. They also got our order wrong.

Always have a bunch of rude workers with the exception of 2 or 3 and I have gotten food that tastes like it's sat there several times

Food was stale despite a long line, you'd imagine it would be at least hot.it's McDonalds though which is always hit or miss. I've had better but I've also had worse.

We have been waiting in line for 30 minutes waiting for 3 coffees. It's 7pm in the evening. This is OUTRAGEOUS. They cant even function. How are they still in business. Just ridiculous

Was very slow getting our order, made us wait another 5 minutes before the cashier could take our order. Then gave us the wrong order and waited another while longer. Don't think I'll be going there again.

I come to this mcdonalds often and there have been times when I go what.
It seeems someone making the burgers does not understand what STALE IS!
THE BUN was STALE and looked like it had been warmed up in a toaster. I have had STALE BUN issues before and decided not to say anything.just ate the meat, HOW can you not notice! Drive thru lady is cool.sounds like not from here but she does a Great Job, Maybe she needs to teach cook how to differentiate Stale and Fresh!

In an effort to combat the tight labor market, noticed they are utilizing some special needs associates, which I feel is terrific. Was treated professionally and promptly. Kudos to Fuddruckers and their associates.

It was fast is about all. Still won't let you dine inside which sucks when all other places are. Try to, stay away because of this. More ways they make more and employees lose out. Ibid has become a scapegoat

My family and I ordered dinner at 5: 30pm on Saturday Sept. 18th. Our food was the best from any McDonald's we have ever went to in more then 10states. We came from Springfield to only eat at this McDonald's. Burgers, fries, nuggets were all fresh. 2nd time at this location. We will be coming back for all our special nights of family adventure. The manager on duty, and her crew were amazing. Best experience n I've have had in a long time. Thank you from Chris and family.

Attempted to order breakfast there and the clerk working the drive thru asked us a question then ignored us when we answered for a minute then when we tried to order she cut us off after the 1st order and gave us a total without the opportunity to order for everyone in the vehicle. We ended up just canceling our order. There were 2 cars behind us and 3 in front if you consider that too busy.

Food is good. Fresh. Only wish they would actually open the dining area. Every place else seems to be opening dining to the public but for some reasons this one along with ALOT of other ones wont open fully. Smh

The staff was friendly. My food was made correctly. The only negative that I encountered was the drive-thru took longer than expected. I would prefer it to take longer and get my order correct.

So very sad. It took us ten times telling the person in the drive thru our order then when we pulled up the person who took our money was SUPER sweet but the person who handed us our food was down right RUDE AND HATEFUL for no reason. We were one straw short so we motioned for her to come and she was silent and we said we just need one more straw and she rolled her eyes and was completely INDOLENT and stared us down and slowly handed my husband the straw without blinding. She was scary and like I said completely INDOLENT. I feel so sorry for the people that have to work with her. I would recommend going to another McDonald's as there are two others in Branson and one in Hollister. It is sad though because I think some of those employees are being mean and slow to customers so that they will go somewhere else.
