McDonald's, St Peters MO

It's a typical McDonald's, but at least the staff here is super nice and accommodating.

Worst experience on multiple occasions. Waited in drive thru on right side for 5 minutes with only one car ahead of me waiting to order. All while 3 cars in the left drive thru ordered. The car in front me had to ask for service and was told to hold on. The car on the left was then allowed to order while the car in front me had to wait even longer. I got to the speaker and was told my order was no longer available. The car in front received breakfast but my order wasnt available. This wasnt the first time this type of event occurred at this location. This was the first time with ordering through the mobile app.

If the app says you are closed in the restaurant and I have to eat in the car.yet a customer is in the restaurant the 25 minutes eating. Why cant we come in? It is too cold to eat in the car. Therefore service to me isnt the best and the atmosphere in my cold is much too cold to eat McDonalds outside

Fast and efficient. Took less than 7 minutes of service got our food and ice cream fast friendly staff, clean atmosphere. Better than the others I've been to.

6/6 for getting our order right in the drive thru, and usually faster than other McDonalds.

The Second lane Drive though wasn’t working we sat there trap behind a car while 7 cars went past us on the first (left) drive thur.

Went their one evening after 8pm. Hamburger was horrible. Dried up and over cooked. My pups wouldn't eat them. This occurance reminded me why I'll NEVER EVER EAT FOOD FROM MACDONALD again. Didn't even want to rate any stars because it didn't even rate one.

Always nice to have decent food, accurate service, and pleasant interactions with the workers.

I go to McDonald’s for breakfast every morning and every time Denise is working I get the best service ever. It’s always nice to see a smile on someone’s face, she’s the greatest!

I would most likely never go to McDonald's but because my son enjoys it I do stop by. But having two of myy four sandwiches incorrect really doesnt makes me not want to return. I've come to expect my orders are wrong but I was in a hurry and did not look.

Fast service and orders are correct even the over the top specialty orders are handled nicely. Drive thru moves you through steady with min wait. Does not make you mention the app code at order like st louis county also nice if your into apps and points. Always a good bet for the fastfood quality meal.

The dinning room is never open.this location is a joke they give out cold fries every time and breakfast sandwich's are never fresh.

Their sweet tea tasted like someone poured a bottle of fingernail polish remover in it. It was orange, not light brown. Immediately got a headache while drinking it and vomited. I tried calling to notify them something is wrong with the tea and never could get anyone to answer the phone. Then they took the phone off the hook! If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Unfortunately, not my favorite McDonalds. Their food is typically on-point, but other times it is not the best. Going during peak time seems to be the best bet for fresh food!
