Spent 20$ on 2 meals that came with very cold very old fries. I have a gluten allergy so I only get the burger with meat and cheese. The burger was inedible.

Worst McDonald’s in our area BY FAR. Save yourself the time and go to either locations off n. Oak. This place is a joke. Doesn’t let you do two orders, workers are inane, fries cold. Would give 0 stars if I could

The food was what you come to expect from McDonald's over the years. Stomach hurt a little the next day but that's part of the game. This location can't seem to ever get an order right though. The order taker is borderline p**** probably trying to keep his speed up but it's detrimental to receiving what you want.

This has to be one of the poorer locations we've been to. Worth driving out of your way to another location. The food is rarely correct, they constantly tell you to pull forward to stop their clock on their orders then take a while to get you your food. Their door dash orders are rarely correct, we've ordered twice and both times we were missing food.

Disappointing. Not every franchise is the same but this is one of the worst. If you want McDonald's order somewhere else

Trash, not even worth it a full reviewed. Go eat somewhere else they don't respect the mobile orders

I did have it at 5 stars but I found a hair in my food (silver) and forget my sauce, straw, and ketchup on my burger. CAN YALL CHILL ON ME

If I could give 0 stars I would. First they couldn't do 2 separate orders in the drive through then we went inside and stood there for 5 minutes before we finally walked out. Worst Mcdonald in kc.

Please stop asking after every item if "that's all" or "what else", There is no need to be in that much of a hurry that by doing so, actually takes longer for me to order, because then I have to repeat myself, when Im done, trust me I'll say "that will be it".
And I'm sure I'm not the only one who has been experiencing this. It's definitely rude!

I come here quite often strictly out of convenience. I try not to, notbecause of how many times they mess upbut because getting those mess ups fixed is near impossible. The guy at 1st window doesn't give receipts and the manager can hand you your food but even if you're in line still checking, she refuses to correct your order unless you have receipt in hand also refuses to look it up.poor management.shes a heavier Hispanic lady that manages and has no filter or does not care how she talks to customers.

Every time I go there the manager Margarita is very rude. Not only did she yell at me in the drive thru she yelled at the young lady who was taking my order. They messed my order up on accident and was fixing it and needed her finger or code and she yelled at both of us. The young lady said sorry and she screamed at her sorry isn't good enough.

She needs further training to be a manager. This isn't the first time.

I had a fillet o fish sandwich and they dropped it back in the grease it was soaked with oil. Took it back and they burnt it all the black! Never going back!

Wrong order, was nuggets happy meal and I ordered a cheeseburger. My kid told me it was wrong after he took it out of the box. Went in and told them it was supposed to be cheeseburger. She took out the nuggets and replaced it with the cheeseburger.put the nuggets back on the tray.uhh weren't you supposed to throw it or something? Covid spread at this location.

The food was ok but the bathroom was so nasty with fecal matter and urine all over the toilet and floors didn't want to eat there after seeing that.

The worst customer service I've ever had, I had a simple order McDouble and a McChicken they told me to pull forward waited almost 25 minutes and the girl came to my car asking me what my order was as if they completely forgot about me then brought out my order like it was just sitting there, and didn't apologize or say anything

Went to McDonald’s on Monday evening and the experience was great!

The food was pretty good. I got the 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large fry. The taste of the food is what it should be. The fries and the chicken nuggets were crispy and fresh.

The COVID-19 precautions were in place during the visit. They were all wearing masks! If you are concerned about getting COVID from this place, you’ll not get COVID because you are safe from the workers.

I’d recommend this McDonald’s to anyone! 10/10 service and food and I’ll give McDonald’s an A+!

I usually pull up my app for McDonald's one time I got the bundle and then sometimes I get the McDouble was a small fry and it's only $2
