McDonald's, Gladstone MO

Every single time I go here they take forever, and by the time the order was over they get something wrong. They are also rude.

Advertise that they open at 6 am. I pulled in to get breakfast at 6: 25 am no one responding no cars in the lot. So went to the one on Barry. They provide better service there at least.

Only ordered coffee with cream. The coffee was so nasty tasted old and burnt, might have had 1/2 teaspoon of cream if that. Upon pouring it out looked like I was pouring out tar at the bottom of the cup.

They must be deaf at this McDonald's I said to have a large meal they gave me a small one and I also said no onions and my double quarter was smothered in onions. Open up your ears and listen better please

Heavily dissapointed in this store firstly if your gonna promote something and i order it i want what i order not 2 seperate items. Your gonna advertise these menu hack sandwiches then not prepare them if i was gonna go this route could of saved a dollar and got a cheaper sandwich. I called to try to fix this and was immediately told its a rule for them not to prep it. Laziness is what it is save your time and money ill tell you how little effort went into my meal. Cold meat dry nuggets (from being stored to long in a heating tray.) ill be going higher up for my refund. Have a good day.

First time we'd tried the apple fritters. They would have been best if served warm, but we were pleasantly surprised that they tasted as good as from a donut shop. Better than we expected from fast food. Service was quick & polite. We would return here if in the area again.

A hit or miss place. We want Fresh HOT cookies. But when you are so lazy to have us wait awhile, and still give us the cold cookies, just wow.

As of 12th month of 2021, The prices have risen dramatically for this francize chain over the past 8 months or so, I'd wager to guess at 40 percent on their menu items. That's the bad, however the quality of service along with the product has also gone up. No I can not afford to go as much but whom can.when I do the experience is much better. Yes this is for this location idk about other locations service or food quality. Thanks

The service was good, food was hot, the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because they did take long to give us our food.

I hadn't been to McDonald's in ages and thought I'd get a quick bite. The small fry was $2.49 and the basic McChicken was $1.49. Neither item tasted fresh, the fry sack was half full and my sandwich looked like it had been run over. I'd recommend going anywhere but here.

I was there a few days ago thru the drive thru and got my deluxe checken sandwich with no chicken on it, and my chicken nuggets with no dipping sauce that I did request. Didn't find out till I got to the house so I had to go back to tell them that my sandwich didn't have chicken on it.the manager on duty by the name (Amanda) was very rude when I told her the problem, gave me an attitude, she didn't even apologize, looked like she was having so many complaints that day and she was having a terrible day. Never trust your order to McDonald's always check it before you leave.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. This McDonald's restaurant is probably one of the worst in Gladstone. I came to this fast food restaurant around 9: 09pm on Tuesday September 21,2021 to get something to eat. I waited a little more than 30 minutes for them to serve me my food. I never received my food until I got up from my seat and said something. They're so busy rushing to get the orders out and they completely forgot my order. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder meal from their kiosk. When I received my food they gave me a Quarter Pounder and I told them my order was a Double Quarter Pounder meal. So I gave them the burger back and this one manager said she was going to put another meat patty on the burger to make it a Double Quarter Pounder. They also forgot to give me my fries. Unbelievable, this is the worst fast food service I experienced ever. Don't come to this McDonald's restaurant at nighttime. When I was waiting for my food for more than 30 minutes. I heard them cussing in the workplace area about something. They're also arguing about something. They're definitely unprofessional

They did have 4 star but the other day I want there my 3 Mc double look like this.definitely not work the 1.30 not even 1.00.

I went to get something warm to eat and come back home - should've taken no more than 10 to 15 minutes. I was gone 30 minutes.
I was asked to pull over to the side. My food will be brought out to me. I thought okay my food will be nice and hot. Well I touched the bag as I drove off. Not very warm at all. When I got home and opened everything. My fries went cool in me. But my quarter pounder with cheese was not warm at all. And nuggets look old. I won't be back. Only thing good was my chocolate milk

Ordered on the app and my food was ready to go when I got there. I went to Burger King on Boardwalk and they wouldn't take my order, so I chose McDonald's.

It really is a hit or miss here. Service is standard in fast food. Ice cream machine is down most nights at this location.

Service was not good. Went inside for a to go order and waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the register to take my order. They never I offer ketchup anymore and never include napkins anymore. I'm in my car of course I need a feaking napkin. Basic customer service skills are not existent. No one ever say thank you anymore but instead day "you need somthing" well ya that's why I'm here. I know its a generational thing but also poor training. Except to get nuggets for my kid I'm done eating there.

Super simple order. 2 burritos 2 hashbrowns. I received 1 burrito Guess it's my fault for not checking the bag before I pulled away from the window

We ordered the Big Mac and no Patties. His excuse was he has 2 new hire but as a manager don’t you train them properly and check make sure it’s right because I had to go back and also We Ordered Filet o Fish and sauce was all over the box. Isn’t Order should be right and appetizing? So it will be worth the money.
