Very pour service. Workers are in need if customer service training and etiquette. Poor food quality with a long wait. The worker had me to pull up and still forgot my order and they were upset because I wanted a refund. Help me make since of this.

If you want to wait forever for you food don't come here I waited 30 minutes in line then another 20 at the order menu they couldn't even have the decency to let me know there will be a wait nothing was said it not hard to make burgers and fries and you worker want 15 when you can barely multitasking taking a order and passing out food

ICE CREAM MACHINE ALWAYSSSSS DOWN! I use to work for fast food they need to be Shut down if they don’t know how to clean a ice cream machine! I hate this location

I want to give 0 stars and say this is the worst mcdonalds ever but reading the reviews I see it's common for this staff to be rude! I really didn't expect for them to be so rude as to chuck a parking come at my daughter's car with 2 small children in it, then proceed to come outside trying to fight her and she's 8 months pregnant called some more people to the seen even. I will be consulting a lawyer

In the past I would have given this place 5 stars but my last couple of visits have been a bit challenging. I placed my order in the app and then let them know I was there while in line in the drive thru. Now everyone knows McDonald's drive thru is not the quickest and I was 4 cars back from the double menu. Needless to say I got tho the pickup window and still had to pull up to the 3rd window and wait. My order wasn't anything special, 2 plan Sundays and a tote of cookies. Still took 25 minutes from Pull up to pull out.

I ordered coffee but they had ran out of sugar. None left. If anybody know me I love lots of sugar. Good thing I keep extra sugar in my car. Also they forgot my water.

Absolutely unacceptable service and food, I wish I could give them no stars! I went to McDonald's and only one other person was before me in drive- thru. Both of had to go wait about 6 or 7 minutes in the numbered designated parking spots. Mind you it's about 9: 30 at night no other customers and this particular location is 24hrs. Only to receive cold stale fries and and a sweet tea that tasted like metal as if it's been sitting in a pot for days or has rusted inside. In any event the food that was served to me was a safety hazard. I don't recommend any eating here if McDonald's is going to continue to employ a staff that's too lazy to cook and clean. They should be ashamed of themselves for that. Also they upsized my order which I didn't ask for which meant I had to pay extra for food and drink that wasn't edible/ consumable or I'd be in the emergency room for food poisoning or even lead poisoning because that tea tasted like it's been sitting in rust!

This McDonald's has a very efficient staff. They have a special lane to wait for your order and this keeps the line moving faster.
Our order was prepared exactly as we requested.
Only thing I didn't like was they put the cream and sugar in my coffee I prefer to do this myself.
Great location.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 large fries. Red flag when my order didn’t show on the screen. Get to the first window and they only had 1 large fry on my order. Said it was supposed to be 2. Was told if I wanted a second order I would have to go thru the drive thru a second time. Simply left. Should have read the reviews first. Last time at this location.

They gave us or wrong food and gave. It to the car next to us and he was rushing and he was saying we did get all of our stuff but he was wrong

Worst McDonald's experience ever. When you go thru the drive thru, they will insists you pull forward to park in a random spot in the lot to wait fir your food. So while you wait you be approached by different workers asking you is this your food? You will literally whatch your food go by 5 or 6 cars until it gets to you. Sad. I wished they would tell you before ypu make an order thats its one of those locations.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The order taker was rude, they refused me a receipt, and the quarter pounder was burnt yes I said burnt. Imagine biting into a normally soft hot moist burger and crunching down on a hard piece of charred meat.

This has got to be the WORST McDonald’s in North County! Manager Will laughed about my order being wrong and asked how do I know I was charged $30 instead of $10. Did a mobile order and I literally watched my order get changed on the screen. Nobody was competent enough to figure out what happened. I called customer service and she was able to see exactly what I was talking about! I will be taking this further since Mr. Will thought it was so funny. See now they both out here because of the orders they KEEP messing up and have to fix. Will is the one with the dreads.

Very unorganized and understaffed, I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my order than another 20 minutes to even pay for my meal and when I got to the second window I had to tell the employee what u ordered because he had no clue, I was missing my nuggets and I ordered 2 large fries and they clearly weren't large and they were cold and so was my burgers. When I went inside to let the manager know he starts yelling at me that the inside is closed which could of been prevented if the doors weren't propped open, I was very disappointed with this poor service!

Horrible service had to wait over 20 min for hamburgers. Finally went in to get my money back but they had my order done.except they didn't have the drinks I ordered so I had to tell them what i ordered and wait for them.
