McDonald's, Pleasant Hill MO

I was just at this location on Christmas Eve and it was super busy! I wanted to commend the staff because even though they were overwhelmed with the rush and issues with the card machine they maintained their professionalism while making good food. The staff should be awarded for these reasons! Thank you!

I usually go through the drive thru and order a large unsweetened ice tea almost everyday on the way to work. I am an ice tea connoisseur and I know my tea. The tea here is always brewed perfectly. I am so glad that they sell diet Dr. Pepper now. ' Julie ' is my favorite cashier (no offense to the others) but I have know her for years from a restaurant in Belton, Missouri.

Every single time I go here we get the worst food. They don't even fully cook the fries. Can't wait until the robots take over!

Cannot go here and expect your order to ever be correct. Today, just ordered burritos and hashbrowns for everyone. Behalf the hashbrowns were cold and stuck to the paper, the other half were fresh and hot. The burritos were cold and hard, but the counts were correct

First off the last couple times I have ordered through the drive-thru it is not only taking them extremely long to bring my food out but they will have a bunch of people parked on the side waiting for there to go orders. In order to get my meal and go home I've had to go inside and physically ask for my meal there's been a manager there that I'm sure is nice but once she was nothing but rude to her employees and made them cry because they had a dinner rush. Today I thought maybe they had a different manager I ordered my food and it's still took a long time and I still had to go in and no one asked me what I needed this time and so I had to wait until they were loading up some food into a crate that I asked them are those going out because I've been waiting for my food. I don't know what's happening to this one but there are service keeps getting worse and worse also every time I order a double quarter pounder with cheese I somehow get a regular burger

Terrible service not enough workers waited forever for our food. The food was not hot. They need to stay open longer than 10 pm. Workers were clocking out with a drivethru of customers. Friday nights after football games they should stay open longer. I am always disappointed when I go to this McDonalds. It needs new management and more employees

Managers love to give dirty looks and scream at customers when in reality it's not the customers fault. I will not tolerate rude behavior from a so called manager and I will most definitely do business else where.

The people who take orders are amazing but the people who make the food don't listen at all. If you ask for no cheese, you will 100% get cheese on it because they don't listen. If you specialize your order in any way, check your food before leaving, even if it holds up the drive thru, because a majority of the time your order will be wrong.

The Best McDonald's than any other one I have been to. The others could learn a thing or 2,3,4 or more from this location. I would give 10 stars, but only 5 are available.

If you go to this McDonald's and you place an order and you actually get what you ordered, it's your day! Fountain drinks are always flat, and it seems like every time you get any type of hamburger related sandwiches you find pieces of bone in them. But occasionally you will find some people with great customer service skills that you hope will rub off on their co-workers.

The attitude of management has changed and it is beginning to show. Much improved over the past 2 months.

The employees are rude, you don't even get what you ask for. Plus when you say something to the manager they don't want to do nothing about it. I ordered 2 mcchickens with cheese and extra mayonnaise and they didn't even put no lettuce on it and the person that handed me my food said to make chickens with extra mayonnaise and something else. Y'all need to do something about your employees I'm just going to call corporate.

If there was a place that you could actually passaway while waiting in a drive-thru it is this place.umm the only thing fast outta this place is someone that had hour to make a 20min drive but now I did it 10min

I'm sure some employees are nice.but not the one that helped us. Congratulations McDonald's co. You want to pay more money for rude employees that are hardly worth minimum wage & you want to charge way more money for litteraly half of what you used to get.in your efforts to pander & cut corners/cost, you have officially lost customers out right.its bad enough you don't serve salads any more. Get your act together & stop being too scared to tell your employees how to do their job.only in MO too.the picture is a "Big Mac" but the patty was a happy meal size.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with no onion or pickle. They took the onion and pickle off but gave me a free hair I’m disgusted.

I ordered a medium ice caramel machiato, they must of been out of medium cups because they tried to pass a small off as medium. When I asked about it she just wanted to argue and went to get another person who argued some more and told me it's a medium. The cup they gave me literally said small on it! Not to mention I've gotten the same coffee from McDonald's for years. It seems they really didn't want to have to remake the drink or fix the price, they would just rather lie and argue about it

Poor service went to McDonald's waited 15 minutes from my food because they were waiting on big macs when I got my big Mac I went down around the parking lot to eat it and the big Mac was cold French fries were cold all this time I'm sitting there waiting for my food to come because you didn't have fresh food ready I would think my food would be hot but no everything was cold my business is gone for me forever get some people in there that know what they're doing

Just my opinion the burgers are greasy an you taste grease more than flavor of the burger. After so many bites the grease is too much. Especially when the grease drips on you as you eat it. Grew up on it but the product is not good.
