17This place they take forever and my sandwich is not what I ordered and they are always in a rush would not go here again
The cashier couldn't follow directions. She was asked to take $20 off a debit card and then pay cash on the rest and when she did it backwards she said well that's just the way we do it. I said then go get a manager. And the manager was able to do it even though that's not the way they supposedly do it other than that the food was good McDonald's is for breakfast. We had quite a big order. I used the app to order never done that before, and that worked pretty well. So aside from needing to train their cashiers better, I guess I got no other complaints.
I ordered a double quarter pounder today with a sweet tea they gave me the right recipe for my food but they gave me a quarter pounder with a Fr pepper and the quarter pounder seemed odd you tell me
McDonald's you need to up your game food was not good it was cold and not appetizing McDonald's you need to improve better quality better service better everything
Horrible drive thru wait. I don't know what takes so long to reheat a frozen burger, throw it in a cardboard box woth imitation vegetables, toss that in a paper sack and hold it out the window, but I was at a standstill for a solid 45 minutes. This place is never worth the wait.
Takes forever and the price is the same as a real sit-down restaurant that have better quality food
How come everytime I come here it takes over 30 minutes just for a person to walk over to the window. It's unbelievable even when there isn't even a line at the drive thru.
Went there at 1105 pm 10 /9/21 tried getting a medium fry an 3 drinks they told me it's still breakfast time you guys really need to I'mprove ur service these kids are not being trained right I hate this McDonald's cant never get right
My Deluxe chicken sandwich was old Kitsune tomatoes was soggy and the top of the bun was hard. And the coke I had was flat I was told to bring it back when we brought it back when is the women in there was hateful and did not give us our food
I paid to have bacon and cheese added to my McChicken and got tomato and cheese instead. I didn't have time to go back to get it correct.
I'm loving it! Their app that is.seem to be getting some awesome discounts every time. Is it too good to be true? I will keep ya posted
Having go to McDonald's after being rudely treated by Sonic drive-through they were on their stuff I asked for a chocolate shake an ice cream in a cup and some fries they were hot and ice cream was still running thank you McDonald's
Food was correct AND timely, which hardly ever happens and although their walk-up window was closed due to short-staffing, they allowed me to pick up my mobile order there.
Not sure if alot of people talk there when you go to the window to get your food they open the window and give you the food and close the window on you. Feel like im a bother to them as a customer.
Today they ran out of pop I understand. However this McDonald's is not far from where I live and we go often and spend a lot because my granddaughter loves Happy meals, I don't mind it and of course we're just not going to buy a Happy meal but since we're there we buy whatever is our fancy. Also my hubby and I love their coffee but I'm not buying anything at this location mainly because they really need to work on their customer service but a few weeks ago we got two coffee's and they were not hot just warm and I wanted my coffee hot and the guy touched the cup said it was hot and wouldn't give us a fresh cup of hot coffee! Smh.and their app is ok, but I got charged twice awhile back and every time I called to speak to the manager they were not there! Call Wed, call Thurs they'd say. I went in person no help. Granted it was a little over $7 twice is $14 and change. Not cool at all. I stopped using the app.
