McDonald's, Lebanon MO

Worst experience I've ever had at a McD. Sat in line 1 for ten minutrs while they only answered line 2. Finally went in and paid and ordered. Am going to have to leave without my food because I only have a thirty minute lunch. Sad they can't do business like the other McDonalds.

I know it was during lunch rush but the fact that everyone around me was being served they're food an was behind me an I had 4 things is beyond me.

Good food better than most of the same type restaurants would recommend to a friend very convenient location very polite people comfortable atmosphere would recommend

Whip cream does not go on everything. ESPECIALLY when ordered without it.
Also how hard is it to make French vanilla iced coffee right part of them time. Learn to read thank you.

Drive thru was well operated. Friendly customer service& food was very tasty BUT NO NAPKINS. I drove away thinking there were some in the bag but no. It seems like McDonald's drive thru workers have decided that customers don't need NAPKINS with food and I seem to always forget to make sure they're in the bag before leaving. Smh

Oder was wrong even after they repeated it. Service was very poor and still unable to make contact with anybody that's in charge. Just a very very poor experience. Will not be going back.

The cashier had to get my drink due to the notorious covid-19, and before doing so he decided to bend down and tie his shoe. Without changing gloves he proceeded to get the drink and was pulling on his mask not to mention baggy pants that he had to continually pull up. Horrible wait time on food at this McDonald's location as well.

I get it, it's busy. Y'all are stressed, and working hard in a pandemic for us. But at the same time, I deserve what I ordered. A double quarter pounder with one burnt burger patty, no napkins at all in the bag, and handing me a drink while saying "be careful, there's coffee spilling down the side"?

It seems as tho every time that I order a qtr pounder, I get what looks like a burger thrown together very hastily. The cheese is half off the patty and the patty u s half off the bun. The pickles and onions are in a stack. Not been really happy here lately.

Worst.they where really really slow an the guy behind the county messed up the the order an the fries where old an cold an the hambuger was nasty dry an tasted burnt.

They should serve some breakfast foods all day like the used to. Cuz not everyone gets up early like that. Or at least serve breakfast until 11: 30. And drive thru was slow. And on top of that I had to wait longer to get the rest of my order cuz they forget some of it. Other than that the food was hot. Just needs to improve on some things.

Got a watered down ice coffee from them. Tasted like card board. Worker there had a hard time with change. Would not take coins.

After trying 4 times to communicate our requested drive thru order, to the the attendant, UNSUCCESSFULLY EACH TIME! We decided to just take what we get, and get back on the road! NOTHING CLOSE TO WHAT WE WANTED!

This specific complex had great customer support and amazing staff. The lobby was very clean and very organized. They are also taking great precautions for all of our safety

They have zero customer service. They are bums they always have an attitude. They cussed me when i didnt pull forward and called the cops because they messed my order up and i was waiting for them to fix it. They should fire everyone and train new people corectly.

Stopped here at the drive thru for a quick meal while traveling. The got the order right and the service was okay. Never went into the restaurant so can't speak for the inside. The food was typical for the restaurant. So it was great for a quick meal while traveling.

They get it right 1/2 the time. The fly in the soda was the worst. But lately it has been better. The people are nice though.

Ordered a 6 piece but got 5. Small ones too. Eggshell in the breakfast sandwich. They mess up more of my orders than they get right.

Every time i go through the drive thru i always get asked to pull up. Today i had to for fries. Really come on. Then there was 3 behind me and they didn't have too. My order was simple 2 quarter ponders meals.
