18One of the best McDonalds experiences I've had in a LONG time. My quarter pounder was the most well built burger I think I've ever had at a McDonald's WELL DONE STAFF! Thanks for making my lunch more enjoyable
This McDonald's is very clean the employees were very nice and respectful. Food was hot and fresh unlike other McDonald's I visited in the past. This restaurant I believe is in a perfect location while you're traveling from Arkansas into Missouri you can stop and get a bite to eat open late next time I'm down there I definitely will stop again
Waiting 30 minutes for 3- 10 piece chicken nuggets while employees stand around and giggle with a lobby full of waiting customers is unacceptable. Clearing the customer service numbers from the board so your wait time numbers are padded at the expense of the customer is poor management. Finally getting your food only for the chicken nuggets to be covered in black burnt residue from the overused grease is disgusting. The chicken nuggets tasting like burnt grease is even worse. Paying past food workers $15/hour for the quality and service to plummet to an all time low is a slap in the face to every working American.
Restaurant was completely dirty. Still had fries from previous night on floor. Drink dispensing area hadn’t been wiped down in a long time. Took 14 minutes to get 2 breakfast meals. Kids in back working kind of. Pretty disgusted overall with visit.
The staff was not the friendly kind, she actually told me that the only reason she was still working there was because she couldn't find something else. Things were not stocked and took way too long
We waited for about 20 minutes to get our food. Employees were moving super slow. Not a well-organized group.
We walked out with no food. After 25 minutes
Ah, man.so I'm not gonna trash these guys too hard, because honestly, I already watched the customers do that when they were inside, and now I mean this mcdonalds crew seems to get dragged through the mud everyday, and weirdly enough, I wish I could do a review on the customers right now, because they were the worst part about this mcdonalds. Seriously though, if you went through hell everyday, you probably wouldn't be too motivated to go above and beyond for the customer either, and I'm saying this.as a customer.
With all that being said.there is a flip side to this. You got borderline children working in here, and it not only shows In their faces, but in their organization skills, and knowledge of the job. I just think that they need a real leader who is upbeat, knowledgeable, and willing to sit down with them to teach, supervise and make the changes they need to turn things around. If mcdonalds is reading this.hire the best manager you can find, and I guarantee these reviews will get better, or at the very least, they won't get any worse.
Now that everything comes off of kiosk it's hard to get your fries fresh out the grease I disagree with the new kiosk I'm more of a people person
This McDonald's will not take your order. You wait and you wait and no one ever comes on to take your order. I would pass on this McDonald's unless you are looking to waste thirty minutes of your life.
This at least the 4th time I show up at 04: 45 am and it's always the same girl saying "we only have oj and hash browns" whats the point of having a breakfast menu when you can't provide? !
Took 5 minutes to even get attention from someone. The white guy taking orders today with the glasses and goatee is a racist idc what anyone says! He was very rude and dry when we were trying to place our order and then he threw my food on the counter when it was done! Didn't give me a cup for my beverage he told me get it myself like I worked there! I'm sure they're not going to do anything about it because it's McDonald's and its in an all white area smh!
The cashier behind the counter sucked eirher she was tired or hi on something
One person in my group ordered a chicken sandwich meal
The chicken was dry
And it gad no pickles or sauce pn it
Would not recommend this place
How are the managers here ok with the lack of well everything. I guess the employees are nuce at least. Its always either only fries amd drink or hashbrown amd drink. EVERY day almost. Then if they have food ot takes 30 or so minutes. Which i dont mind waiting for good food.but thi g is its not good. Cold or wrong items lol.
Food was cold two different visits, over a month apart. The drive-thru is incredibly slow, will never go back to this location.

Its a hit and miss. Most just seem ignore you if your trying to order.: (but as most places they are understaffed and under paid.
They are always out of items or something isn't working or they don't serve that at the moment. There is always an excuse place sucks!
They are always out of something. And the ice cream and shake machine is always off. They never have a full staff. It really is a lousy excuse for McDonald's
