McDonald's, St. Louis MO

The drive thru was a little slow, but that doesn't mean it was all because of the workers. Our food was hot, can't ask to much more than that.

Same basic deals as ALL Mc. Donalds have, but the food is ALWAYS FREASH N WARM, the and I've yet 2 have THIS perticuler location mess up ANY of my orders ever, witch is ALWAYS a plus not much more can B said, friendly, patient workers, GD food, fast service. All N ALL a grade A experience at THIS perticuler location. Sadly to say tho, the same experience can NOT B had at ALL Mc. Donalds locations. But there's ALWAYS gonna B the so2say "GOOD 1" 2go2, and then theres the "NOT so good" 1's. Buts thats with pretty much mostly ALL "CHAIN TYPE FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS". Theres ALWAYS a GOOD LOCATION and then theres that 1 that U had a BAD experience at, so more then likely, U will stray clear and away from those certain locations, 2 try an avoid another negative exerience. Enuff said, hope this lil bita info is helpful 2 any1 whom may look N2 it.

Waited a long time in the drive thru to have the worker to tell us that there ice cream machine was broken.we left unsatisfied.

Staffing l watched three employees trying to fill one order. Someone needs to explain to them that one person can do that. Maybe see what the manager is doing. He might be able to explain that to them.

If the employees here moved any slower they would be moving back in time.

Update: 2 years later and they have found a way to be even slower.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! No one came to the speaker to take my order after I waited for more than 5-7 minutes. I pulled up to the window, & the young man was standing there on his cell phone. I still placed my order & received the wrong order. I Truly Hate This Location!

I give this location a one star because once again the service is terrible. I cant even say anything else because I'm so angry I'm liable to say something I might regret.

Was in the drive up for 20min. Waited to order for another 5 minutes. Waited at the window another 5 minutes. FOR A KID'S MEAL! No one else in the line between ordering and the window! And was treated disrespectful when I asked Hello? At the speaker. SERIOUSLY GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

Worst food & service I have ever had. 11: 15am on a Wednesday. Nobody in line. Girl at 1st window was great. Woman at 2nd window was rude when I asked her for ketchup & salt. Handed back the bag with no ketchup and a lot of salt packs. Ate in parking lot due to a pending appointment. McDouble was so cold that the cheese was not melted at all. McChicken had a glob of mayo and a sliver of lettuce. Cold too. (I did not eat the chicken - dangerous) Wt? Wow. Never again. Save your money.

Today's customer service was super friendly! Eye contact was made, "thank you" was said, etc. I can't tell you how much these simple things make all the difference.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to get up to the speaker to place my order to have them to tell me there was another 15 to 20 minute wait horrible service wouldn't recommend going to this facility.

They had my strawberries and cream pies! People underestimate how much simple pleasures such as these can tame the savage beast!

The food there is dry. The bun the meat and the fries are discussing and very rude people. They don't give you no napkins and sometimes they give you wrong order

Food was cold, they got the order wrong, & the chicken sandwich was burnt, fries luke warm & no ice in soda. The shake machine was broken. There were drug addicts begging for money & walking up to cars at the drive thru. Overall horrible experience. I'll never come here again

Short staffed won't serve dine in or walk up. Profits over people is no way to run a business. Pay your staff a living wage and quite being greedy

Doesn’t like to refund things from the app, beware if they are out of something they charge you anyway, then tell you they can’t refund your money or give you what you ordered. That’s how these McDonald’s stay open I guess! Steal peoples money! Don’t go here or any of the 9 McDonald’s in south saint louis as same owner owns them all!

They are always busy so you'd think the food would be hot because they're constantly cooking fries, burgers, etc. But you'd be wrong. Cold food, employees with an attitude who couldn't care less about you or your order. And McDonald's adds unsafe chemicals to their food. I'm done with them.

Service is no good at all. Very disrespectful and long wait. Please find another cheap food. This is not worth your time and penny.
