McDonald's, St. Louis MO

Extremely rude workers.extremely unsanitary.and extremely under staffed.this is probably one of the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to.this place is awful.

The staff was nice, so this is more towards management/owners who need to address maintenance. Only went in this place 2 different times in 2 weeks to use the restroom because the lines were too busy to order. While I was walking in the men's room, the hot water was already running in at the sink and never shut off before and after washing my hands. The second week, still running and never shut! It ran for 2 weeks and who knows if it ever stopped and how long it ran before I went the first time and if it ever stopped! The second visit was 7-14-23. To just see no one fix or address water running and not address it is laziness, in my opinion. Or maybe I'm wrong, and it just hasn't been reported. But, there seemed to be no concern either time I was there over all the "hot water" just running or the electric it takes to heat it up for atleast 2 weeks! It's probably discouraging for the ones who come to your establishment who can barely afford to keep either running because they're barely getting by.

I bought 2 ice creams. I was in a hurry, I waited 15 minutes, and they still haven't made it.

It was okay, just a little slow, some nasty bits in the fountain drinks, but it’s mcdonald it’s not going to be the best.they did give me five cookies for one dollar so maybe you’ll get free food maybe.the play area is okay too just don’t use the soap it was nasty

Always looks closed and can take 20 minutes to get your drive thru order, but they do usually make the food fresh and get orders correct.

Was very dirty in lobby and in the bathroom. Workers weren't friendly and seemed annoyed they had to work.

I went to order food through the drive through tonight June 29th at 10: 20pm. The woman at the drive thru told me that no one can place anymore orders, it’s only pickup. I’m confused because drive thru hours says 11pm. Either she’s lying or your hours should be advertised better.

This McDonald's only had the drive thru open when I went there as most McDonald's do after a certain time in the evening. So, in all fairness, I really can't give an honest opinion on anything more than the drive thru and food. It is obviously a popular place as the drive thru had several cars, and they are several other drive-thru restaurants surrounding it. The food was for a 6 year old, and she thought it was great

Went through the drive through and no body would answer. Drove around, two people sitting inside talking and not answering. Came inside and no one is to be seen

The food is always hot and delicious. I love McDonald's who don't? It has been around for centuries

I hate to give a review this poor, but this location has had their drive thru screen broken for the last year, always takes 10min+ to react to someone in the drive thru.one time I left after 30 minutes of waiting. Today I gave it one last try.still no functioning menu and when I asked for the double cheeseburger meal, I was told, "we dont have that, " followed by silence.so I drove away, never to return.

There is a play area for the kids and tables on the other side. It took a minute for me to get my food so the wait time is a little long but maybe it was just a busy day. Other than that I would go there again and I would highly bring your kids there to have a good time

Everything was good. Would've gave 5 stars for food but that definitely could've been prepared much better.

Everything has really gone downhill. I understand the ordering online or from the kiosk inside, but the length of time one has to wait is still ridiculous. Ijs.

I came for burgers and left with a new sense of belonging and purpose in life. The culinary masterpiece they call the “Big Mac” would put anything Gordon Ramsey makes to shame.

The staff here is consistently so rude. The soda never tastes right either, like it’s watered down. Last time I’ll be coming here. I always have a bad time when I stop by this location, won’t be back.

Zero customer service.
