McDonald's, Pacific MO

Terrible service, I didn't get my receipt, and when I asked for one they just said sorry it's not working, and then I ordered a plain Quarter and it had everything on it. From someone who works at a McDonald's in Indiana I know that it's not hard to print out receipts for customers who haven't got one and make the food right.

They need to close the 2nd drive-thru, just had 8 cars get their order in before me (when I pulled in it was just me and one other car, literally watched car after car pull in and place their order) And their Frappuccino machine seems to always be down. Just take it off the menu then if you don’t want to make it.

Not a single good thing to say here. Workers loudly cussing from the back about people getting sent home. Lady caught attitude with another in my party over a mobile order. Then, my burgers weren't fresh. My sweet tea was not sweet at all. I even had them remake it, and the SAME lady tried to argue that it was sweet. The replacement was just as gross. Heavily disappointed, and being by six flags, I'm surprised this kind of customer service is acceptable.

We got there around 1025, waited until 1030 for breakfast to be over. Afterwards went to the drive through and were told that they had a backup of breakfast and to please wait. After waiting a while we were able to order from the regular menu. Waited for a long time to receive our food. The food was as expected but the employees all seemed overwhelmed. I would assume this is a normal Saturday morning as this location is right next to six flags that opens at 11.

Took about 10 min/car. 3 cars=30 min. Food was not hot, and everyone knows cold fries and nuggets are terrible. I suggest skipping this location and try another.

Rude the cashier was nice managers need a new job too dam rude like your supposed to use fake smiles

I and my parents were trying to get some food around 9: 50 and on the maps, it said it closed at 11 when we tried to go through the drive trough they didn't respond.

This place used to look awesome with the old 90s look. They took the burger chairs away. And the dine in wasn’t open.

Whatever kind of ingredients these fast food places are using continuously make me sick. Will never ever eat McDonald's again

Fries were over cooked and dry and the burger bun was flat and brittle couldn't eat half the bun. Dissapointed

Place was dirty and the people were rude Food was bad. It was hands down the worst McDonald's I've eaten in my entire life.
