McDonald's, Forsyth MO

I just came in the Drive-Thru and I ordered 9 sandwiches and four drinks. I was asked to pull forward which is understanding as all but three of them were special my issue is that the stop the game all of my drinks and then asked me to before without giving me any straws this is not the first time they have been this incompetent when it comes to doing simple tasks and yet they want to have 15 or more dollars an hour I'm not saying that some of the employees don't deserve that but against you a lot of them don't.

If you go into the facility they ignore you and won't take your order and when you finally give up and ask them to wait on you if take forever to get your order.in some cases we have just left without anything, it is worse in the evening, too much talking and playing!

Friendly drive thru employee. Food was warm and about what you would expect.
Ice cream machine was working which is a 50/50 proposition these days. My understanding is that the employees are typically too lazy to take the machine apart and clean it properly which raises the question.the ice cream machines that are working, when was the last time they were cleaned?
I suggest if you do order ice cream and McDonald's you ask when the machine was cleaned last. It's supposed to be cleaned every day but I think that is a rarity.

Waited 15 minutes for a double quarter pounder with cheese. I saw numerous cars drive off from the drive thru. Not a good visit.

Most of the time good. Fast service. So.etimes they ignore you inside waiting to order. They would rather you use the computer thing.

I went through the driveway twice now and my fries have been cold both times. But the staff is ready to take your order and I didn't have to wait forever. There always seems to be families in the play area so it must be decent in there.

Worst McDonald's in the AREA! Literally, worst. First, gave us two fries that were supposed to be a large, pushing a medium. Also, very rude and slammed the window on me when I was trying to nicely explain. I'm a stoner, I just wanted a good thing of fries. But, if that's what you're looking for, you're better off going the extra couple miles up to Branson. Trust me.

It's usually lunch when I go and in most cases there is a long line but it goes fairly quickly, the employee's I enter acted with today were very friendly.

It is sad that in such a small town this McDonald’s consistently performs poorly. Service is always very slow and often unpleasant. The orders are always messed up. Tonight we ordered two Big Macs. They did not have cheese which they always have everywhere else. The fries were cold and old, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. And, this is not uncommon. Seventy percent of the time there is an issue with your order here. McDonalds needs to do something about this it is a stain on their good name.

UPDATE 2-8-2023

It’s been a while since I last posted. It hasn’t been any better. Tonight I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget with BBQ and Honey. She confined honey not honest mustard. First they made me pull to the side to wait even though no one else was in line. Then I got home and no honey. It’s virtually every time you order no matter if it’s a lot and confusing or one thing and simple. They have a very difficult time getting the orders correct.

Been to this one a bunch ordered plain burger only received patty in cup no bread also was upcharge for a drink to medium every meal comes with medium how I was upcharged I beyond me an who gives va burger with no bun just stupidity good mangers make good employees so I guess manager is mentally challenged

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to it is like kitty land are there any adults over 19 years of age that work there you go in and that place is freezing the bathrooms are gross no toilet paper and you guys want almost $11 for McRib Mill are you crazy get some better stuff and get some better food made I had a burger the other day it was like it had been sitting there the Mayo was gross on it it had been sitting underneath the lamp worst McDonald's ever is in Forsyth Missouri and it's the only fast food we have here so everybody goes there I went in there to get something nobody helped me and all I wanted was a sausage biscuit the two kids a little fat kid with dark hair and a skinny girl all they cared about was that drive-thru they did not care about who was inside their store millennials they'll work cheap but if he gets somebody a little bit older they might work a little bit better if you pay him more come on McDonald's 15 dollars over $15 is the minimum wage get with it

Terrible service slow waited 20 mins for two hash browns and a coffee would def go across street to sonic way faster service

The play place had no heat in the play room and was as cold as outside. When asked about it employees replied rudely kids and adults should not have to have winter coat on while inside and way to cold for babies.

Food was served hot and done to the turn. This McDonald's is a great choice as they are consistent with what is expected at McDonald's. I had chicken tonight and McRib the other night. I think I feel an addiction coming on. You won't be disappointed. Go ahead give it a try.

Worst McDonald's ever. Rude employees who cannot send an order out correctly to save their life and then mouth off to the customers who just want what they ordered right. I shouldn't have to have my order fixed every single time.

McDonald's is getting higher & higher. I guess everything is. I bought 20 nuggets 2 soda and 2 fries my order was $30+. Wow.

If I could give -stars I would. This place just gets worse and worse. Consistently sit in long lines at the drive thru, on several occasions I have had to either call the store or physically go inside for curbside pickup. They also need to learn the difference between a Daily Double and a McDouble. When I pay an extra 50 cents for a Daily Double only to get home and find I have a McDouble I just want to scream While I certainly understand that they are understaffed you would think that by now corporate is aware of the situation and would be doing something to help. Either fix it or shut it down so we can get something better.
