McDonald's, Hillsboro MO

If I could give it 0 stars I would I will never again order from this location it took the 30 minutes to get me my food for curbside and the food was old it wasn't fresh this is not the first time this has happened I would recommend going some where else. Second time in a row this has happened we are literally microwaving our fries, went there last night and something.

This is how I found one of my burgers, both of my sodas where flat and the ice was about 90% melted, my whole order was cold. I live less than ten mins away. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. This is the worst service I have ever had. I think its time for a new management. This is ridiculous! They don't even deserve the one start rating.

Waited 25 minutes at the window of the drive thru today (Sat, August 14th, 2021). They got our drinks correct but nothing else was right.and extremely cold. So, no one in my family was very happy.

Very busy at 10: 30am. Food tastes good but is not good for you. 3 stars until healthier foods and drinks become available.

This is another one of those McDonald's is really great they take the time to make the customer happy and I really appreciate their hard work.

Ugh, we ordered a big breakfast without hotcakes, got hotcakes, we got a folded egg instead of scrambled eggs, my egg mcmuffin was missing the Canadian bacon and the top of my muffin was hard as a rock and burnt. My coca cola tasted like carbonated bubble gum.
Very disappointed

Just went through the drive through ordered a number 4c crispy deluxe chicken and fries. Fries were Stale and sandwich was burnt and grease soaked. Nasty. Tried to call they don’t pick up the phone and voicemail is not set up.

Drive thru 645am sunday morning.order my food.get it wrong and tell me to pull forward and they will fix it and five me the correct total.get to window.ordered repeated to me. TOTALLY wrong.handed me half of my food and asked me to pull into slot 1 and wait for the rest.mind you the 1st part of my order is in the car getting cold.sat in slot 1 for 12 minutes and then FINALLY got the rest of my food.got home less than 3 miles away the food that sat in the car with me is cold AND the food I had to wait for for 12 minutes wth.

Love going mcd it always to try something new and mcd is cheap on favorite foods I love vs wendy or burger king. Mcd is my most favorite

This location is a joke. Absolutely ridiculous. Always slow, the slushy machine is ALWAYS broken and they make you wait 15-20 minutes for cold food. Hate this place.

I ordered and paid for chikky nuggies along with a quarter pounder meal. I got the bbq sauce for my nuggies, but no nuggies. I got Mc Robbed for my nuggies. Called the phone number, no answer.

Ordered new chicken sandwich w/NO tomato and on a regular bun. Got it WRONG, went back, told them someone didn't follow directions and asked to replace the messup w/a quarter pounder with cheese. Got that WRONG. Never going there again. Wasted 20 minutes of my life and made me late for next job.

I’ve never had any issue with this McDonalds. Always fast service, I’ve never had my order messed up, and I’ve never thought that the food was subpar compared to the McDonalds closed to me. 10/10 always well made

Friendly and more efficient than the last few times I visited this location. My only complaint is that one of the employees I saw did not wear mask properly, so I have to think that others are not as well. Being in the public and handling food this should be a priority of the management team to ensure the safety of their customers and employees.

Mixed up my order for someone else's, had to take it back in, meanwhile I'm waiting for 17 minutes for a fish meal and quarter pounder w/ cheese.crazy! Unacceptable!

It's a McDonald's!
No clowns anymore, so it's super safe.
Highly recommend the quarter pounder deluxe. It would be 5 stars but it's a McDonald's ya know.
