McDonald's, Springfield MO

It looked like it was abandoned. We went through the drive thru and they didn't tell us which window to get the food. So we had to go to one and wait a while then the other one and wait then back to the first one and eventually the 2nd window again to have someone give us the food, but the order was wrong. McDonald's food is almost always great. It was good once we got it, but the location was not the best for service and the area was dirty with no other customers there.

Original order: 1 sausage biscuit w/1 packet of mustard, 1 large unsweetened ice tea w/extra ice, 2 sausage burritos, and 1 small unsweetened ice tea. Order received: 2 sausage burritos, 1 large unsweetened ice tea, 1 large sweet tea. First correction: Added a small tea, Second correction: two large unsweetened ice teas, two sausage burritos, Third correction required getting out of vehicle and finding out what happened to the sausage biscuit, "It was taken off. " We finally had a correct order. C'mon McDonald's! Where are your managers and why do you allow your employees to glue themselves to their portable devices like a bunch of zombies?

Extremely rude staff at this location through the drive thru. I was placing my order and the girl taking it was totally silent. I didn't even know if she was still at the mic. I waited for her to acknowledge me before continuing placing my order and she then gave me my total. When I told her I wasn't done she told me that she was done with my order and I needed to pull around. She then proceeded to tell me since I was done talking she was done taking my order. I have zero confidence that the manager that I spoke with after the incident even cares or will do anything about this issue.

Pretty good place to eat, not so much as a fancy place to eat, though. The only complaint is that there are flies that fly around you whenever the door opens. And great place if you are on a budget.

10+ minute wait time on hash browns is completely ridiculous. They take less than 3: 30 to cook 5 in one slot.

A 40-yo wearing a faded McDonalds t-shirt (employee?) is currently cursing and raving on and on about some wrongdoing in the lobby. She is permitted by staff to be on-site, presumably on break. Management was notified, but doesn’t seem to be able to do anything about the situation, as an apology was given, but no action was taken.

Went there tonight. The female at the drive thru window seemed agitated. Looks like she hates her life lol. Won't be back.

All i want is a plain hot n spicy McChicken, but literally nearly half the time I order it they put their gross mayo and lettuce on it anyway, which i can wipe off but its gross and not hard to read the instructions on the screen. Not gonna come back if i can help it

Absolutely horrible! None of the tables were clean I had to ask for our table to be wiped off so my family could sit down. Food was terrible cold and sloppy. They finally had someone come around and clean the tables as we ate our food and they was using their jacket sleeve to wipe the tables off. Disgusting and unsanitary and we will NOT be back to this location at all.

The food was well seasoned, HOT and delicious! Kinda forgot what good McDonald's taste like.

I regularly have trouble with McDonald's getting the orders correct. It's not exclusive to this one though.
