McDonald's, Monett MO

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been too no matter what time of day you can expect to sit for 10 12 minutes in line with only one or 2 cars in front of you in the morning you can never get biscuits and gravy until around 530 always an excuse why they can't make them at 5 or 515 after opening

Food has never good at McDonald's. So I can't really complain there except for my chicken. Sandwich suits copied with crabby oil, so it came out. Brown always clean at the spare. Employees are always nice overall. You know when you're gonna get when you go to mcdonald's

They've gotten my order wrong 5 times in a row and one of those times they got it wrong again after I came back. Mixing up sauces.

You served me cold burger patties today. It was very upsetting, especially for my mother. We are on a tight budget and decided to splurge a little and do McDonald's today. Never again.

The wait time whether it be drive through or walk-in is ridiculous. If you are in a hurry I would not recommend this McDonalds. If you have a Big Mac attack you are better off going to Aurora where the service is so much faster. So if you have the patience and are in no hurry and feel like wasting the gas while setting in the drive thru line then this is the place for you but if you are out to get breakfast, lunch or dinner and dont want to have to wait around for what could take up thirty minutes or stand at the counter waiting for someone to realize your there so they can take your order my advice don't eat at this restaurant. When it comes to fast food this McDonalds doesn't even begin to compete. By the way if you love McDonald's sweet tea I wouldn't bet that this location has it ready to serve. We have visited here several times just to get sweet tea only to have to let the staff know they were out in the lobby or be told we had to pull into a drive thru slot while they brew the tea. The fries are most generally mediocre warm at best.

Since when did fast food become slow. Seems like very time I come to McDonald’s I have to pull over and wait. Now we have higher prices higher paid employees and longer wait times. That just doesn’t add up. I remember when getting food out at the window was a standard but now making customers wait has become the norm. Ps my order was a simple cheese burger.

I don't go to McDonald's. I must have been at a nearby business. I can no longer afford going. I like the food and I have no complaints about the service. The prices have sky-rocketed. Oh, business must be brisk though, without mine. Congrats on record profits from most recent quarter.

I got a not very full frozen dr pepper, had to pay extra with my meal, the French fries were not full either. I had to wait but when the lady brought my food to me, she had to go back in to get my drink and sauce I had ordered with my meal. I have worked in FF I know it gets hectic. I also have been a manager. Let's do better monett your getting as bad as the McDonald's in Aurora.

This place is awful. The fries were cold by the time we got the meals. The staff was not well trained, which reflects on their management. The men’s bathroom is disgusting, urine stains on the floor under the urinal.

Ordered a McCrispy meal with an extra filet and a McChicken. Got my drink, fries, and a plain sandwich. Went back around and had to wait 20 minutes for my McChicken and filet. They remade the sandwich but put tartar sauce on it. No clue why.

If you go in the morning or early in the day they have great service, they make sure your order is right, are fast, and supper polite to you, trust me that is difficult to do at 5 am. This is the only time they actually do the cold brew coffee right, and get your cookies made fresh if you special request them to. The afternoon and night hours are the Worst time to go, they are the laziest staff. They give "cold" coffee hot, so hot almost half of the ice is melted by the time you get to the light to turn into the highway. The sandwiches look like a toddler put them together, and the cookies are never made fresh when asked, we even had them give is the wrong ones after asking to make sure they gave us the other kind. You can also see the staff messing around just standing while you are waiting to pay, I know the cashier's are not the ones who make the food, but you don't need four people to take a ten dollars bill and make change for a seven dollar order.
So I decide to give inside a try to see if it would be better than my recent drive threw experience, at first it was. Then we started to check our order, one burger was missing bacon, so we had to get a new one. Well they did not even check our order to make sure to get it right the second time, my friend hates onion, so he asked for none on it, guess what. The New "fixed" burger finally had bacon, but also had onions. Great Job kiddo's, did I mention how sloppy mine was? It was not even busy, it was me, my friend and three others for most of our visit. I am not sure why I even go in the evening anymore. Sorry for our nasty peeling skin, we went camping and the sun burned us alive. Another update: today I ordered 2 mccrispy chicken filets and got two fish-filets sandwiches instead. If my mother-in-law didn't want McDonald's I wouldn't have even bothered to stop here.

Here's a new experience that I can't say has happened before. I pulled into the drive thru to order a chicken McNugget happy meal & was refused service because I didn't want the drink. After 10 minute conversation over me not wanting a drink I finally said, "So you mean you are refusing to sell me your product because I don't want a drink with it? " The associate said, "Sorry. " I said I'll take a McFlurry though & they said, "You can't have a McFlurry with a happy meal. I responded that I didn't ask for the McFlurry with the happy meal, you just refused to sell me the happy meal because I didn't want a drink with it. Then she said if you want water with the meal then that would work. I finally gave up & said, forget it, I'll just go to Braums & did. Still trying to figure out why a business would risk losing a sale or a customer just because they were saving the business a little money anyway by not wanting a drink with a happy meal.
I know your a big business & have been in business for many years but someone needs to go back for more training in customer relations because your crew is lacking.

Cleared order on screen before getting the order out. Had to ask to repull it since my pickup order wasn’t on the counter… don’t go inside for mobile order pickup unless you want to wait 20 min and have to remind them about it.

I know why they clear the screen, so they don’t get flagged for corporate… but at least keep track of the orders you clear and don’t have done yet…

For a "slower" time of morning, took longer than average to get food, despite the amt of workers that looked to be available on staff.staff continued to maintain friendliness despite it all

Waited 25 min on a mobile order the fries were so cold I couldn't eat them and the sandwich tasted like it was 5 days old and my diet coke was not diet last time I ever go back there
