10This McDonald's in Springfield MO is, well, a McDonald's, so expectations are set accordingly. That said, I have nothing negative to say. Our order was perfect. The food was hot. Fries great as usual. The restaurant was clean, including restrooms. What stands out is how friendly every worker was. We felt so appreciated as customers. We received so many welcome greetings, and even when we left, we were wished a terrific day.
Last time I went there the lady taking my order for my drinks wrong, and she didn't even know what she was doing, and she was a manager
Morning and afternoon crew are nice and quick. The evening and night crew are rude and screw up your food all the time. There is this one young girl that gives you your food hands it too you and says " here's your food" walks off like she doesn't give a.
I tried giving them many chances but i’m done. I’ve came here a couple of times and every time my drinks would taste like chlorine. They also need to speak up because ordering with them was very hard.
Food was not hot taste like it was sitting there all-day service was good just not the food

I ordered quarter pounder on driver through, there was 3 cars in front of me, it took them 20 minutes, when I got to the first window I asked can you tell me why it took you this long? She just ignored me, on the second window she handed a bag to me and closed the window quickly not even looking at me, horrible service
Friendly staff, fresh food. I order a double cheeseburger with no bun, add lettuce, and tomato. It comes correct every time.
Was weird had a car parked in 2 spots and facing us when we moved they moved and had their lights on us
