11Terrible service and very understaffed. We we also ignored in the drive thru line and had to go in where they also ignored us. Avoid this McDonald's!
Probably the best McDonalds in the St. Louis area. Great service, always very clean, and food is consistently hot and fresh.
No refills available, all the soda machines are behind the counter. What a rip! Soda costs so little and I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's
It's great Monday through Friday, the woman in the drive through is polite and the food is good or they will fix it for you if it is wrong. Don't go on Saturday or Sunday, the young boy in drive through acts like he hates his job and is very unprofessional. And the food is usually lackluster and the coffe tastes sour.
Do not come 11: 30AM to 1: 00PM, unless you have time to burn.
After remodeling. Interior is clean and smooth. Stone. Kiosks are installed and checkout us prioritized to one lane. Kitchen is now isolated from lobby.
Kitchen prioritizes drive up over lobby. Staff are absent from lobby. Customers walking out and frustrated looking for orders.
Drive up moves at decent pace but 11: 30 to 13: 00 there are so many cars the kitchen cannot keep up. Cars line are 20 long.
The line was into the road. I could not wait there so chose to go inside. This was a mistake since we in the lobby are separated by a wall and staff dont see people waiting.
I have no issues with this location. But they do need a dedicated staff member in the lobby, and the drive up line is not long enough, the kitchen not large enough, to accommodate at lunch time.
This place sucks now Idk who you got working there, but I just went and got the new quarter lbr, its literally called the jalapeno bacon, but guess what no bacon, didn't feel like going in or going through the drive thru again, long lines, so I just ate it and left, literally only had buns, cheese, jalapenos, and burgers, that's it. No bacon. This place has gone down hill, never will eat here again.
The manager here is awesome. Really gives you restaurant quality service for a McDonald's. Hats off to him.
Watched as they took orders for drive through, but not take orders for the second lane of drive through
Good for a quick bite. Restaurant was clean and warm on a frigid morning. Coffee is not too bad.
I waited in the drive thru with no response before finally going inside. Then I wanted 3 more minutes before be acknowledged. They didn't have lemonade or frozen drinks.
Table of eight. Out of 4 orders 3 were wrong. Ordered unsweet tea, brought sweet tea twice.
