McDonald's, St. Louis MO

McDonald's on Bellefontaine needs serious improvements (new management). The on duty manager needs to take some chill pills & learn how to speak respectfully to her subordinates and treat customers better.

I used the driver thru and it went much better. Maybe it was the time I went but they got it right on the first try

It took 25 minutes to get 2 chicken mcgriddles at 8 AM everybody was on their phone or talking without working

Waited in drive thru for 22 minutes before finally ordering. I ordered 3 drinks and an ice cream cone. When I got to the pickup window they handed me the cone that was dumped upside down and in a cup. Not what I wanted. They did remake the cone but 3 people handled it before finally handing it to me. Then after getting the cone, I still waited on getting my drinks. I ordered 1 large Unsweet Tea and 2 large Sweet Teas. After getting the drinks, they were all unsweet. I handed her back the 2 drinks and asked for SWEET TEA. She actually argued with me that "she knows for a fact they were sweet". I said I promise they are all unsweetened and I would like the 2 sweet. After a few minutes and 3 people standing at the window looking at me, she finally handed me my 2 drinks. As I pulled away from the window the young man working inside yelled something at me. After driving away, I promptly threw the drinks away because I didn't trust they didn't do something to them. This is the worst service I've ever had at any McDonald's and I definitely WON'T be back to this particular McDonald's again. Not only were the employees slow but they were extremely rude. There are plenty of other McDonald's I can do business with. I don't care if I have to drive further. I refuse to be treated so poorly when I never one time was rude or angry with the employees.

Rude staff. Sat in the car waiting for food and they forgot about me. Went in to get the good pulled off they forgot all the food still. Rude manager and staff.

Drive thru workers always have a attitude, food order is almost always wrong, they don't care and it shows

Missing item and had to send back to prove missing item. Had to repeat order several times. But did reive correct order eventually

It was McDonald's drive thru they always seem to keep the order time to pulling away with your food time down to 5 minutes.

In Alton Illinois, their fast food restaurants are fast food restaurants they are quick friendly. For the most part, in St. Louis, fast food restaurants are slow and sloppy

This time they got everything right but it took them 30 minutes to complete an order for 2 and this was an online order that I waited for in a numbered parking spot.

Fast service, their ice cream machine always works, and they haven't gotten any of my orders wrong so far.

I will never go back to this McDonald's again I waited for 15 minutes for my food still didn't get my food

It took 15 minutes to get fries and a sweet tea. After asking three times what the hold up was, I was finally informed they were brewing the tea. No communication from staff and the worst sweet tea I've ever had from McDonald's. Staff was very busy flirting with each other

I ordered 4 items. Only received three. Looked at my receipt wasn't charged. But the cashier was not listening.

Ive only been 3 times, but have not had any bad comments regarding this place. I absoutley love it.

Meal was not prepared the way I asked. I asked for no cheese because Do not like the American cheese and i get home and that melted cheese was on my sandwich. That location always get your order wrong, I will not visit that location again. Maybe the workers can not read,

Good wasn't presentable, it was cold and soggy. It was supposed to be a hot chicken sandwich with cheese and dab of sauce I ordered it wasn't even close. I do not recommend this fast food place unless you want the hassle of returning or just one bite then trash can. That's what I did. Not a fan

Really poor customer service. Only a few young ladies during the week that is great. Managers are horrible except the older lady I see in the mornings. Everyday and everyone is not bad but the majority is.
