McDonald's, California MO

This is the first time to order on line on the McDonald's app my wife go to pickup the food we ordered Double Quarter pounder and fries my wife brings the food to are house and start eating the food the McDonald's, Double Quarter Pounder was delicious but went I eating little bit more I finding a long hair between the two patties and I take back to the McDonald's and thalk to one of the girls and the girl thalk to the other woman and I heard when she said I don't think so, but they told me sorry we give another one and I wait about fifteen minutes the employees on this place don't use hair net, I work in the place went all the employees wear the hair net and the man's wear bear net, because the customer deserve the best, the food at this McDonald's is very good but I think the employees need hair net

3 of the 5 things we ordered were not available, despite being on the menu, they said they were out The food we did receive was well prepared

Went during lunch. Ordered at the machine since they were busy. Went to sit down and the table and every single one of them were dirty. I went and stood at the counter to get something to wipe one off with. Waited 15 minutes and not one person looked at me. I wasn’t mad, just waiting. I heard someone start cussing saying she is tired of telling this girl every little thing to do while she runs around. There were some guys standing at the counter still waiting to order. After another 5 minutes the girl who has to be told everything to do asked me what I needed. I explained I needed a rag to wipe the table off so we could sit down. She continues to unfold about 5 feet of a paper towel roll and hand to me. I asked for spray to get the spilled, DRIED drink off the table and she got an attitude. Said she wasn’t going to give me spray and said she would have to do it. I told her all of them. She rolled her eyes and said what? While I was walking away so I told her all of them a little louder this time. We had about 5 other customers standing at the tables instead of sitting. Also the boys waiting to order ended up leaving since no one came to the counter. I hear workers cussing in the background. We were brought our food, still no one came to clean the table. I watched the girl who I asked to help stand there while she watched other people put food in bags. Rush hour slowed and I figured maybe just maybe someone would come clean a table. No such luck. We finished and I went to the counter to let someone else know that I was unsatisfied and the tables still needed cleaned. The girl who refused to turn around to acknowledge a customer actually came running when she saw I was letting someone else know about her. Got an attitude and rolled her eyes some more. We threw our trash away and got refills. While standing there we got to hear more foul language from the employees. But hey, the food was fresh. That warrants 2 stars. Thanks McDonald’s.

Dirty and employees dont pay attention to customers hardly I stood waiting for 36mins to get ketchup packets at the front counter ended up reaching over and getting it myself

The sign in the restroom said "Employees must wash hands".
I had to wait almost 20 minutes until a employee came in and washed My hands!
He gave me some attitude about it, but eventually did his job!

These people mess around and drink and vape in the establishment and they can't even get plain burgers right and half the time the food you get is old

The manager's daughter is a real b**** she works there she carries around monster drink she has a real bad attitude

As a former employee and my point of view free speech the work environment isn't the best nor great it's poor management under average but food is good.

Short handed after power had went out and snow on the ground a line of vehicles in the drive thru and a few older couples inside enjoying the warmth in a clean environment. The young man running the register and the headset also taking care of the frier and making drinks all the while dealing with people in a hurry was well composed and bustin hump that young man was friendly and apologized for the wait in which was no bother to me and I still had my order within four minutes. That man needs a raise and a promotion. I wish I had his name! That is my only regret!

I went here on a cold summer day and went the server gave me my fish a fil mac something in me happened the food went deep into my soul i haven't felt such a feeling before in my life Mcdonald made me want to go out and try again in this world

Very aggravated had to use new computer order.board while 4 employees played around and talked. The garbage was over flowing they had no unsweet tea or sweet tea made and then we were the only customers and took over 12 minutes to get ice cream and we had to ask to get it, because they were to busy talking!
