McDonald's, Chillicothe MO

Always consistent but the prices are just totally out of line now. Why is a potato cake $2.79? Potatoes are the cheapest vegetable and really its only about 6 smashed tator tots!

For heavens sake i could go get my own cow, butcher it and cook it and grow my own potatoes and cut and fry them before you’ll ever make it through the drive thru RIDICULOUS! Almost 40 minute wait

They seemed to be a bit short staffed, so it took a longish time getting our food. But it was good and the workers were amiable:)

Wow this is probably the busiest McyD's we've come across, lunchtime and things we're still fast and donald-worthy

They usually get an order out pretty quickly, unfortunately it's usually the wrong order

Everything is great but is understaffed and has trouble during peak time. Shame on the corporate.

No longer have a self serve fountain
Clerk was inattentive
Fries were overcooked

Used the mobile app and it lost my first order. Reordered and it worked. However, Mc Donalds removed two cheese burgers from my rewards points. I only got 1 burger. Drive up was slow and took forever

Manager tried as hard as he could to find our missing online order, he did a good job getting us our food. But it seems he has insufficient help on the food and frontline side. Took 30 mins out of my day just chillin at McDonald’s. I just wanted to get food and go home. But thanks to manager for eventually getting my my Big Mac and Mac sauce!

Post meal: Best McDonald’s I’ve had in a long time though!

The kitchen area was so filthy if the health department was to come in they would have closed it down I have never seen anything like it and I ordered a double cheeseburger and get another one for a dollar and a small fry what they gave me was to single cheeseburgers small fry

The managers at this location should really be proud of their staff. They are friendly and appropriate to make refunds if the customer isn't able to get what they ordered as we witnessed happened to one customer. The food was fresh. The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was the best I'd ever experienced.

Went through drive thru, order was taken with ease. However, had to pull up and wait for the order 28 minutes! After 7PM when placing the order. When asked what was going on? Told, "guess the kitchen got backed up. " Seriously? Lesson learned, as it didn't look that busy.

This particular location had hot french fries and that's how I judge McDonald's restaurants.

Very nice place - better than the one in our home town. Chillicothe is larger and the McDonald's is busier as well. Hot food was a plus for us. Will stop again.

I don't review normally, but, my 2 negative things was my wifi linked automatically (fine) except trying to make an order through the App, and it couldn't locate the restaurant while my map said that I was there.
2nd was I was hauling a trailer and though they have a designated area for such, customer's & seemingly employees decided to use up all that area first.
Tip: just turned off the wifi and the app works fine.

So food is the same as every other one. But at this one, you get to pull around when no one else is behind you. They did get a remodel inside and out it looks nice, but I prefer the old 90s look myself
