McDonald's, Columbia MO

Went through the drive through, took like 10-15 mins just to get my food. Pulled out to the light and realized I was missing 2 large fries I payed for so I turned around and went inside to get them. When I was inside it took like 5-10 mins to just get 2 things of fries. When I got them and headed home. I opened my quarter pounder with cheese which I ordered no onion or mustard and found they gave me just meat bun and ketchup. Not even cheese on a quarter pounder with CHEESE. Also forgot the chocolate milk with the kids meal. I swear everyone that works there has no brain. Not going there ever again.

I always know what I'm getting and there are items for all budgets.especially with the app

The workers in the morning are super sweet and honestly deserve a raise because they are always so sweet to everybody and they are willing to own up to mistakes and fix em even though they rarely happen, they are always amazing I love this McDonald's

This place is become ridiculous. On the way to work this morning stopped in, doors open, walk in and I'm told their not open. "It may be 7 or 7: 30 before their open she says". I won't be back, if they want business they need think about what customers need

I rarely rate fast food restaurants, but I feel compelled to say this was one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to!
The food was quick and fresh!
The staff was super-nice!

This is the second time I’ve found a beard hair in my food. It’s quite disgusting and I cannot fathom the thought of how many I’ve eaten that Ive never caught. Please have the men wear a net or something if they have a beard.

Odd a McDonald’s drive through that doesn’t open until 7am! Also this is the second time being told they’ll be “late to open” because of electricity problems. Definitely needs new management. Very rude man in front of my grandson

They normally aren't too bad here. We frequently stop by. There was an older looking lady talking to ppl all sorts of crazy. They messed my order up and didn't get my drink. When I brought it up they told me I'd need to pay extra * it's a sweet tea yall.this place is getting outta hand with how the workers talk to customers.

The new cashier at the 1st drive-through window was a very kind young dark haired girl with a big smile. She was, as she put it kind of in training. I did not get her name, unfortunately. But thank you to the nice young dark-haired girl at McDonald's drive-through Saturday 5/27/23

This is the slowest McDonald's on the planet. No matter what time of the day you go there it's a guaranteed 10 minute wait even if you're the only car in the drive-thru.

It is a very busy place but my first experience was not good in this place because I ordered three times and they deliver me 2 items in the packet. When I come to my home I noticed they didn’t put one of my item in the bag

We like to eat here once a week but today for some reason the service wasn’t too good. The food was late, they forgot our drink and forgot to add napkins and we think that the personnel should be more kind like giving and apology. We hope this review will help the service.

Employee walked out to the parking spot delivery with a cart and slammed it into my car with no regret. Thanks for having no regard for a person's property you jerks.

Make sure to check your order from the drive through got given the completely wrong order despite them asking my code and name multiple times

Second worst McDonald’s in town right after the stadium location (only reason I gave two stars is because it’s atleast a step above stadium.) Completely unsurprised to find out from the staff that they are owned by the same person and have higher ups that work at both locations. Terribly slow, staff is extremely rude and walk around with music blaring from their phones on speaker.

Crew here always has a bad attitude & incredible wait times, staff will stand around & take personal phone calls & stare at 3 people waiting in line

Always check your order. I didn't get my fries on this trip and my last breakfast run I did I was missing 2 out of the 3 breakfast burritos I ordered. Tried to fill out my issue on the macdonalds website but it would not let me select a location. So check your order before you leave or order enough for 2 because somethings going to be missing.
